The verification is HORRIBLE. It keeps telling me verification failed and it’s saying it needs a date when it CLEARLY HAS A DATE! Fix this issue. Unbelievable. I was excited for the discounts yet I’m disappointed.

It's been a week since I got Unidays. I've logged in ONCE. Now I can't login anywhere! I even switched devices and I've gotten the same result. You guys seriously need to fix this and I know it's not only me!! It feels like you guys are ignoring everybody. How unprofessional.

AI slop
I had so much respect for this app, finding deals for struggling students is amazing. However they’ve replaced the search tab with an AI not so you can no longer search for deals. I tried searching primark to see what deals there were and the bot just kept asking me to be more specific. This app no longer works as you can’t search things. I already hated AI since it’s killing the planet but I can understand using it for important and meaningful things, this app did not need AI and it negatively impacts the user experience. I hope this can be fixed so me and my friends can continue using the app.

Ai search tool is useless
New update includes an ai search tool but no normal search tool. Searching for “sushi” to bring up my wasabi code now takes 10 mins and gives me stupid chatbot. Just have a normal search tool there is genuinely no need to replace it with a bad ai
Worst verification process
My experience with UNiDAYS verification has been incredibly frustrating. I provided legitimate, accurate documentation showing current university employment, including a valid university-issued faculty ID and current course/teaching information, yet the documents continued to be rejected.
The biggest problem is that the requirements seem to change after each submission. I would provide what was requested, only to be told afterward that something else was required. Rather than reviewing the documentation as a whole and verifying information that is clearly legitimate, the process feels like repeatedly moving the goalposts.
A faculty ID does not suddenly become invalid because the university does not print the current academic year on the card. When that was questioned, additional current information was provided to establish active faculty status, and it still wasn’t accepted.
Then I was asked to provide my tax return!

Wonderful application, great benefits
Does not open! PLEASE FIX!
Just does not open, stuck on the loading screen forever! Literally you have to use this for Apple discounts but I’ve had it loading for hours and all it shows is a green screen with their logo. Haven’t even been able to use it. Please fix this otherwise I see no reason to have this app.

This app used to be great, but I’m coming back to it after a year or two and now it won’t open. It just gets stuck in the loading screen

NO DISCOUNTS & ALL REVIEWS ARE BOTS
For EVERY brand I have saved there are NO discounts. Not a single one besides the featured ones on the home page, I was comparing college discount apps and this one had the best/most reviews so i decided to download it. Once i realized it had nothing to offer I wondered “how does it have so many 5 stars reviews?” it’s very disproportionate. And then i started digging… all of the reviews started to seem the same, and i realized it’s most likely bots inflating reviews. It’s dishonest. I suggest checking out other apps. This wasted my time and probably stole my school email for data collection.

This is a very functional and helpful platform it has helped me with most of my expenses most especially with school work and stuff it’s easy to navigate and use and moreover, it’s a great help for students.

AI Assistant Hot Mess
Really shocking how they have no humans to deal with situations that are not preprogrammed. Really frustrating experience. Surprised Apple associates with them and allows them to essentially block sales. I would dump this outfit ASAP and pay fee for breaking contract. What a joke of a company.
Confusing App
I got it on my computer and it was a relatively easy sign in.However, when I downloaded it on my phone it doesn’t ever want to load open!! it’s literally just an app that’s taking up space.Ive tried to let it load 10 different times and i’ve even deleted and reinstalled it!! Sos i really want to be able to use this app more conveniently on my phone. pls help
