AI Assistant Hot Mess
Really shocking how they have no humans to deal with situations that are not preprogrammed. Really frustrating experience. Surprised Apple associates with them and allows them to essentially block sales. I would dump this outfit ASAP and pay fee for breaking contract. What a joke of a company.
Confusing App
I got it on my computer and it was a relatively easy sign in.However, when I downloaded it on my phone it doesn’t ever want to load open!! it’s literally just an app that’s taking up space.Ive tried to let it load 10 different times and i’ve even deleted and reinstalled it!! Sos i really want to be able to use this app more conveniently on my phone. pls help

logs you at at inconvenient times
the app will randomly log me out when i need it. As service can be bad in busy locations this is super inconvenient. I work part time and see this happening to so many other students when they need to pay. Please fix this bug. There is no need to log users out unless their student status has expired.

Flawed Verification Process & Poor User Experience
The verification process failed because my situation is not usual. I was never prompted to set a password during signup, yet one was required to delete the account, and password recovery emails were never sent.
This creates a poor user experience that raises privacy concerns. I do not recommend this service.

Doesn’t work, no help available
Absolutely terrible even after updating to latest version. After finally getting verified I have 0 access to discounts. I get a “restricted account message” nothing happens if I click on Get support, help tab doesn’t load either. Makes you work incredibly hard in order to get any benefits. I can’t see the purpose of it.

Web: reveal code doesn’t work
On web: reveal code doesn’t work, click, opens site with no code. I have to go to app, reveal here and then type like it’s 1990 into web. Some ok offers (the ones that are genuine and work), but poorly implemented. Easy to just search ‘discount at x’ and use them.
Doesn’t work
When I log into my student portal it forever loads on “taking your back to Unidays” and never takes me back. Therefore doesn’t allow me to use the app because it won’t let me verify i’m a student. Waste of time!

Errified not verified
Will give you details of verifiable documents followed by a rejection.Not once but twice and schools firewall rejects there email. And welcome letter or anything else will be rejected.
Pathetic app
Asks to review student id every dew days, and each time when I click the link, never re-directs to the right site just stuck on the app.even after multiple verification, for which Inhave email proof it is not able to redirect from the deal page to th merchant page, bought the stuff directly from merchants site, useless app.
