NOT a user friendly app
Not happy with this app at all. I wish I’d looked at the reviews before buying and installing the unit.
I had it professionally installed so can’t comment on the quality of installation directions, but the info in the user manual is pretty useless for actually using the app and downloading videos.
Uniden - it would be great if you had a video we could go to which explained how to use everything, which settings are best to choose (and why) and how to trouble shoot

WIFI connects but app does not.
Spent hrs trying to work out why without any luck. Returning device. Frustrating
Rubbish App
Followed all the instructions and will not connect to the dash cam. It worked briefly with amazing footage then stopped connecting all together. If I read reviews on online first about the countless people with the same issue I would not have purchased the Uniden Dash Cam at all. I should have learned my lesson when Uniden changed the app settings for the security cameras which made accessing notifications and alerts useless. Maybe should focus on improving all of your apps as this is a joke

Disappointing sloppy app
This app has to he the worst dash cam app available for any mainstream dash cam brand, the live feed function doesn’t work, the Ui is horrible and buggy, just yuck lad
Fix it
Damn the camera has a really good quality but the app and app connecting to the camera is appalling. Drops out or doesn’t connect. Seriously for a great dash camera you didn’t give much thought to the app
