Easy to use and a variety of custom settings!
A great product and companion app for home networking, ideal for those desiring additional control and customization. I look forward to giving it five stars, particularly with the addition of AI agent access to manage settings and resolve basic troubleshooting issues.
Multi WAN Speed test broken
With this latest app update broke the ability to select what WAN port for Speedtest. The previous version allowed you to select what WAN port for Speed test, it will only do a speed test on the primary WAN, not secondary WAN port.
Being back the widget!!!!!
Removing the widget was an error/oversight right? RIGHT??!
Love it
I should have switched a long time ago.
Need the widget back.
App is great and there is a lot we can do in side of it and we get redirected to the web interface if it’s not in the app yet but removing the widget is not the right way forward. I need the widget back to be able to launch my protect connect and the unifi console easily and at a glance to see the network state and status.

Must buy
Love it
Stabiity
The hardware works and is extremely stable. So reliable it has made me rethink why my whole home music system was Sonos reliant. I will be switching over to unfi over the next year with audio. The same occurred with Ring cameras. When the backbone of your system is this dependable, it makes you rethink what you have deployed. My Unfi cameras and doorbell are outstanding. Removed a lot of headaches. My business and home now use Ubiquiti for our hardware ethernet requirements

After updating settings page is blank. Other than that app works fine.
UniFi Mobile 10.36.0: Silent Removal of the iOS Widget
The latest UniFi Mobile update, version 10.36.0, unexpectedly removed the app’s iOS widget — and the change wasn’t documented anywhere in the release notes. For many users, including me, this created unnecessary confusion. I spent time thinking I broke something on my phone, only to realize the update itself had silently removed the feature.

Best prosumer mobile admin app, but…
UniFi is probably best in class, but the mobile app’s lack of feature parity with the web console does create inconvenience. The biggest gap is in the richness or features that allow responses to alerts and log entries. For example, I love that the IDS can throw alerts that I get on my phone, but I can’t easily take action from the mobile app. It would be much more useful if I had the ability to add rules to allow the trapped traffic pattern from the app instead of having to go to a desktop, log in, find the log, and then click the link that the console has already autogenerated to allow the traffic in the future.

Bad hi
Don’t know who make the hi decisions but everything is hard or impossible to find it’s hard to navigate
Great system
Support is awesome. Control is bar none. Love the integrations into home assistant
Great stuff . . .
Lets me get on with life!
Keeps pestering for feedback
I hate apps that keep pestering for feedback, one star for obnoxious and annoying app behaviour.
Best router I’ve owned in over 30 years
Simply the best!
Amazing
Best networking ecosystem ever
At&T customers
Some functions, ISP speed test, the router show no internet, but it actually has.
Informative
The app is informative, it looks almost identical to the browser interface from my desktop and has all the information I need. It is available outside of the network and gives me plenty of customization options while I’m out and about. All-in-all, a great companion application for the rest of the product.

App is broken
OS app completely broken and unable to view devices/manage network even with direct connection.
Great app with minor glitches
This is pretty good app offering basic subset of device features. A few releases ago it lost option to clear critical notifications from the System Log which used to be at the top of the screen so without being able to acknowledge alerts the app now shows them all the time until I login to the console from the browser, clear it there and wait for the app to clear its cache and re-sync again. The other issue happens with each app update. I always open my default device and keep it selected. If I restart the app it will automatically select the last used device except when app is updated when it will go back to the Site Manager. Wouldn’t be a big deal if after the update it would work smoothly from the first launch but for some reason app tends to get stuck syncing with the device and either doesn’t want to open it or doesn’t show the data for it, so it needs to be force restarted at least once 😬
Finally, I’d like to have option to filter out Most Active section to ONLY show devices. It doesn’t help at all to know that SSL/TLS, STUN, QUIC are the most active. It doesn’t help either to know how much data comes from Amazon S3, Amazon CloudFront, Akamai.net and other cloud providers 🤷♂️
As far as traffic goes I’d like to be able ti split by the protocol vs. by domain instead of mixing SSL/TLS and DoH with Adobe.com and Netflix.
But these are just small details. Keep up with the excellent work!
