Horrible App
WHY DOES CLICKING THE CARDS TAB FREEZE THE APP DUDE. PAY FOR DAMN BETTER SERVERS I CANT STAND NOT GETTING NOTIFIED WHEN I TRIED TO BUY SOMETHING AND IT GETS BLOCKED. MULTIPLE MINUTES OF LOADING GETTING ME NOWHERE IS ALSO RIDICULOUS, WHY CANT I MANUALLY ALLOW PAYMENTS WITHOUT SOME BOT TEXTING ME A Y OR N QUESTION? ABSOLUTELY TRASH I HATE THIS BANK ONLY FOR THIS. This app sucks at tallying charges
It really bugs me when I can’t trust what my banking app says I have in my account. Charges often show up days after the fact making what it shows in app untrustworthy. Login on this app works 1/3 of the time and overall this app barely works.

Bank is good, app is really bad
Half the time if you try to log in the app just won’t let you. Face ID doesn’t log you in ever. Most of the time it displays an accurate description of my account but sometimes it will let charges accumulate for a few days before showing them.
FIX THE FACE ID
Oh em gee! What is going on everyday I have to manually go in an turn in on for like 2 weeks now!! Please for the love of every fix this.

Their app however is a complete joke. 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work.
Verification with phone number is horrible
I can’t access my account through the app because of stupid verification with a phone number. Stupid thing they added that wasn’t needed
Mobile App
This mobile app is horrible. It keeps wanting a code but doesn’t send one. You should NOT need a code if you are using the same device every time. It’s very frustrating!!!
Laughable honestly
This app locks me out every month so i have to walk into the closest unified bank and have them let me back into it . Which is why i will be switching banks because this is ridiculous
It’s ok. Add mobile check cashing, please.
One feature I used frequently with my previous bank was mobile check cashing via their app (take a photo of the check to deposit it). Please add this feature if possible. Otherwise, everything else works as expected.

The only people who give the App a 5 star are probably employees.
Logging in on the app
I have literally had to delete the app off my phone more than once the screen to log in my password won’t come up it is just the main screen as if it’s frozen or something hoping this glitch can be fixed I like being able to use my bank app.

The Worst!!
This app is, hands down, the worst app. I have no idea why they took away the old and replaced it with this junk. I repeatedly get errors, whether it be connectivity errors (even when I’m full signal or on WiFi) or verification errors in my identity. This app hardly ever works when I need it to. It’s so frustrating that I’m seriously considering pulling the bank account that I’ve had for five years solely based on the non functionality of this app.

Great app
Loved it untill suddenly one day it stopped working. It now has a pop up that says it does not support my device because it's rooted or jailbroken? But my device is neither of these things.
Unified Bank
I’ve never had a problem with the actual Unified Bank, however the apps are terrible. They never seem to work/download. The app is constantly needing fixed and the side apps they want you to use are always changing/needing fixed as well. I can never log on and see my accounts when I need to the most and it’s frustrating.

It would be nice if you could set up bill pay accounts on mobile app!!! Get with the times!
Unable to check bank account
Almost every time I try to check my bank account I get an error about validating my information. Not sure what the point is in having a banking app if you can never get in to see your account balance. This is terrible and needs to be fixed if you can fix it then why even have the app. This is the most annoying thing ever to try and check accounts and it not even work. Please fix the app or get remove the app. Not sure why it’s been months since it’s been up and running and a problem like this still has yet to be fixed.
