Poor UX/UI - Feels like a mobile wrapper

Extremely outdated and non-functional

The user interface of this app is lightyears behind competitors like HotSchedules. It is clearly just a web-view wrapper rather than a native mobile application. The experience is frustrating for several reasons:

• No Persistence: It doesn’t save login information, forcing me to manually log in every single time I open the app.

• Zero Integration: There is no sync functionality with mobile calendars, making it difficult to keep track of shifts.

• Broken Features: The shift-swap system simply doesn't work. Even after submitting requests, managers report that nothing appears on their end, leading to communication breakdowns at work.

• Performance: It’s slow, unresponsive, and lacks the basic "quality of life" features expected from a modern workforce management tool.

If your company relies on real-time scheduling and employee communication, this app currently fails to deliver. It needs a complete overhaul to be considered functional in a professional environment.
