It makes it very convenient for bank staff to deal with HR related things even in middle of night

This app makes us believe that we are living in Ice Age. No updates. Nothing fresh. Nothing new. On the other hand, we don’t even get to access Union Parivar in personal laptop. Too much of convenience.
No proper customer care and all features are upgrade will be available soon
If the feature is not implemented, no use of enabling it and showing a pop up as upgrade will be soon

Password cannot be changed
Forgot password works only for retirees. Present employees cannot change their password with app.
Not able to view Leave Balance
App showing below error when trying to view the leave balance.

Needs a lot of improvement
Salary slip is downloaded and pop up comes but where God knows..

Union Parivaar App not working
Earlier Union Parivaar app was working well in my iPhone. Recently it is not opening at all. Only white screen. I am unable to modify or delete this app and then reopen. Only open option is there.

Such a poor interface,app doesn’t work on iPhone since few days just showing white screen , you can’t do see the downloaded payslips. Tried to reinstall the app multiple times ended to no results
Not able to download payslip
Hi team, I just wanted to notify that since last month i.e. June 2022 the payslip download feature is not working. After clicking on download button download doesn’t start. I have tried so many times but even after 5 months the problem is as it is. Please look into the same.

Though App Store page shows several functions under the app, only a few utilities are found after download.
It’s a nice initiative and the app needs to be developed as user-friendly to include all menus so that existing and retired staff can avail them effectively without hitch.

In starting, app works fine in my iphone but This updated app is not working..only white screen is shown. Solve the issue

App was very slow and pay slip was not downloaded. Before we were downloaded the pay slip and saved in files but now it was not working. Please try to update the application with more features.

Looks of app is not good in IOS
Try to make good user interface for IOS users. Application screen size doesn’t not fit for 6.1’’ screen of apple mobiles.
Superb Initiative by DIT and HR
I have used the app , it’s really so convenient and helpful in operating anywhere . This will be another milestone towards digital banking and strengthening the HR .
