SLOW LIC
I had high expectations from the LIC app, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The app is very slow and often becomes frustrating to use. Aadhaar verification frequently fails with unexplained errors, making it difficult to complete even basic tasks. For a service used by millions of customers, the app should be much more reliable and responsive.
It feels like the application needs significant performance improvements and better quality testing. LIC is a trusted organization, and its digital experience should reflect that. I believe LIC has the resources to build a much better app, but the current version falls far short of users’ expectations.

Worst App
I request the developers to use modern technologies and significantly improve this application. In its current state, the app feels extremely outdated and does not meet today's usability or performance standards. It provides a very poor user experience and is one of the least functional apps I have used.
I also request the LIC management team to thoroughly review this application. If the app is not yet ready for users, it would be better to remove it from the App Store until it is fully developed, thoroughly tested, and capable of delivering a reliable and user-friendly experience.

Old version is much stable than the current verision
App hangs almost at all access points from logon to home page. Dead slow to load screens as well and most of times either errors out or times out. Worst Version of app

The new LIC app is very user-friendly and well designed. All policy details are available at your fingertips, making it quick and convenient to access important information anytime. The interface is simple, easy to navigate, and smooth to use. Overall, it is an excellent app that makes managing LIC policies much easier. Great job by the LIC team!

Worst app ever- even a child could build a better app than this
Earlier, I was using the old LIC Digital app, and it worked well. Then LIC launched this new app for the same purpose—but why, if the old one was working? Now the old app no longer works.
I downloaded and registered on this new app as soon as it was released on the APP Store. It worked fine on the first day, but from the second day onward, it has only shown the message: “Currently, we are facing technical issues. Please try after some time.”
It’s been 2–3 months, or maybe even longer. The app has received more than 20 updates, yet the issue is still not fixed. This is very disappointing. REsolve the technical issues instead of releasing update after update without fixing the core problem.
