The auto dealership did all the paperwork and financing with united auto credit. I just signed and downloaded the app. Payments are simple and there’s many options to make a payment. It’s easy to use.

App Not Working
When trying to login I'm getting an error message that says "SOAP error" and it won't let me log in to pay in the app etc. Please fix. App was working very well before this issue

Overall
I think they over charge and when you are in tight situations they don’t work well with you. Tried to defer a payment 3 times and was denied. Been struggling and can’t get no help from them.
Made paying my car loan easy
I am not an organized person and I miss my payments a lot, now with this app I won’t be paying extra fees for paying late. So easy to use.
Finally a new app
The app got updated on my phone and now its a completely NEW united auto app and much easier to pay. Now it sends me alert when payment is due just like my other bank apps.

You guys finally made a good iPhone application. It use too be weak with no design just payments options. but now… this app looks amazing good ui/ux design and we got face recognition top tier i will be gladly be making my payments for my car now :)

Bad App
I had this app but it disappeared somehow. I downloaded this app again, and it made me curious because it asked me to enter my name plus my account number. All of a certain I couldn't see anything, but email them, call them, text them, or pay at a location? Like going paperless, automatic withdrawal, for example doesn't even exist!
