Can’t log in

I’ve used this bank for years and this app since it came out. But now it won’t let me log in. I live far away from the bank so I can’t deposit checks. If they don’t fix this app I will have to switch banks.

Can’t see pending transactions

Please update to where we don’t have to go to the website to see pending transactions. Cause it does not give an accurate amount for the account

App is very buggy. Will not except updated passwords and locked me out of online account. Had to reset my password twice today because of this. Will not use until bugs are fixed.

Won’t let me log in

I’ve had this app for years with no problem and then all the sudden I cannot access my account. Everytime I’m at the home screen it just glitches and kicks me out. I even tried to contact customer service but nothing. This issue has been happening for months. Honestly just switch banks and don’t bother with united credit union.
