Can’t log in
I’ve used this bank for years and this app since it came out. But now it won’t let me log in. I live far away from the bank so I can’t deposit checks. If they don’t fix this app I will have to switch banks.
Can’t see pending transactions
Please update to where we don’t have to go to the website to see pending transactions. Cause it does not give an accurate amount for the account
App is buggy
App is very buggy. Will not except updated passwords and locked me out of online account. Had to reset my password twice today because of this. Will not use until bugs are fixed.
Won’t let me log in
I’ve had this app for years with no problem and then all the sudden I cannot access my account. Everytime I’m at the home screen it just glitches and kicks me out. I even tried to contact customer service but nothing. This issue has been happening for months. Honestly just switch banks and don’t bother with united credit union.

I was able to login one time, my account information didn’t save so i logged in again and it won’t let me put my information in
No use
I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I use the app. It will not open a second time. Just flashes.

Terrible App, but great Credit Union.
This app is a major disappointment considering how wonderful the customer service and options at United Credit Union. It’s absolutely unacceptable in 2021, almost 2022 to offer a mobile experience like this.

Doesn’t even let you log in
Doesn’t let me log in.
App will not load more than once.
I am able to use the app only one time per install. The second time I try to open it, the app will instantly close and in order to access my account I have to uninstall the app and reinstall.
Always trouble signing in
Always trouble with this app. Won’t give me sign in screen most time just says failed attempt when have not even received screen to sign in. Just always issues!

Good for checking your balance. That’s about it
The interface of this app is garbage. Make sure to remember what your password is if you plan on using the auto login feature. At some point it’ll ask you to reset your password, usually long after you’ve forgotten what it even is. This means you’ll have to guess your old password to make your new one, which doesn’t matter anyways because when you try to login, your new password won’t even be recognized and you’ll waste your only three attempts trying to get in.

Can be better
App is a wild card if it’ll work or not, I have to open and close multiple times or even remove and re-download before it decides to let me access anything.
Best Mobile App!
United Credit Union has the best of the best apps around! I can easily transfer funds from my accounts, make payments on my loans, do balance i inquiries and also do a mobile deposit from my recliner in my living room! I love United Credit Union!!!!
User friendly
Not user friendly, can’t use Touch ID to log in and very limited information in the “Help” section. Love UCU but this app doesn’t do them justice.
Great app to Check your account
If all you want to do is check your account and see your balance it’s great. Unfortunately I can’t do mobile deposits as it doesn’t work for the newest iOS
