Horrible app
Logs me out every week and forgets my login. Doesn’t let you log back in at all until they fix it. It shouldn’t be that hard to keep this app up and running. I have no idea how much money I have left 90% of the time. Worst bank ever
Fix app please!
Can you please fix your app? It will not let me login! Keeps telling me unable to validate information. I just logged in yesterday and everything was fine.
Great app but
Great app but if I try to log into it too early in the morning before I head to work, it always says “experiencing technical difficulties” or wants me to call the customer service number. It happens almost every time
Poor service
The app works most of the time, but….. it has log in client issues the app lags bad switching from main page to the card page there’s a massive lag spike, at least 2-3 times a month in the evenings can’t even get logged in.
Money transfer
First time doing it. this is not my first time doing this, but I enjoy the fact that I can check my account at any time. Especially if I get a notice that there’s been a transfer that might not be mine. And the fact that I can check the balance that I have at any time.

This app drives me insane… it’ll work … and then out of nowhere … it will not sign you in and says it can’t confirm your credentials. Fix this garbage, yall. Other bank apps don’t have this issue. This is on going.

Glitchy but okay.
The app works great, but seems to have a lot of down time. Reflects charges immediately though which is great. Appreciate having an app available for a hometown bank. Makes it possible to keep your account even when life takes you to different places to live.
