From booking, to the notifications prior to our taxi arriving and then a spotless car and charming driver it was fabulous customer service. Will always recommend United.
Too many notifications
It’s a town scale app. Stop sending 2-3 notifications a day, everyone knows about the app
Won't stop spamming notifications
The app has been spamming notifications multiple times per day all week advertising a discount code for festival tickets. Since I first wrote this review yesterday it has sent 4 more.
Annoying notifications
Up to this point, this app has been fantastic. It works well. And the service has been great. However. Recently I have been receiving “notifications” which are nothing more than adverts, and have literally nothing to do with any booking I have. It’s a taxi app. I book taxis with it. DO NOT infest my phone with pointless advertisements!
Naturally of course there is no way to turn off the adverts. So I’m stuck with turning off notifications all together, making the app less useful. Nice one United Taxis. Slow clap. Yet another company making their app less useful in the name of profits.

Best in town taxi firm
I’ve been using united for years now.
I’ve only ever had a handful of bad experiences with drivers. The majority are fantastic.
I wouldn’t use another company.

Excellent Value – Saved £6 on a Local Trip

Notification spam
They sometimes send spam notifications and don’t have a way to turn off advertising in the app that I can see so I’ve had to turn off notifications. The taxis themselves have been good.

Have recently started receiving notifications about roadworks and other generic things I couldnt care less about.
No way to revert to only getting notified about my journeys (ie, your driver is on the way).
Will be deleting the app if they dont fix this.

Impossible captcha
Spent 5 minutes trying to book a taxi where all the captchas fail. What a fail !!!!!!

Useless app
Does not allow me to pass verification and log in, followed by an unhelpful error message.
Card never works :/
My Apple Pay never works. Even tried manually putting in my card details. Can only pay in car. Tried Deleting the app and reinstalling too. Nothing. Really disappointing.
