It doesn’t let me check my emails
Unable to use the email function
I cannot open emails via the app in my iPhone, iPad or kindle. I just get a blank grey screen. I have to go in and use the library computers. Not very convenient

It was barely functional in my first year in 2019, and has still not been fixed since it first encountered issues at christmas 2019. please for god’s sake, use that 9 grand a year i'm paying you to get the app running again

Can’t read my emails on the app, I just get a white screen when I try to open one.

If Plymouth uni can afford to pay the vice chancellor £288k per year surely they can afford to fix this app
Blank Screen
For the last academic year, this application has been completely unusable, the app only brings up a grey screen and doesn’t change and hasn’t the whole academic year.
I second some previous reviews, this isn’t some gimmick, it is the fastest way to access the DLE and its content including checking into lessons.
This needs to be fixed and the fact it has been like this for so long is absurd considering the money we pay.

App is constantly crashing
Unsuitable
This app fails to meet the needs of the student, regularly crashes, freezes and misinterprets the users intentions. It is unsuitable and just laughable. This is supposed to be efficient, useful and user friendly to support the student and their academic studies. Unfortunately, it is nothing but slow, inconvenient and useless.

Doesn’t deserve 1
The app always crashes. The timetable feature is the worst, which is not ideal during a pandemic as you can’t always see what and when lectures are on.
Can't Even Log In
I can't even get logged onto it now. Apparently my email and password are incorrect even though I'm using them everyday online to access the DLE. Waste of space.

Keeps deleting all emails
It either crashes, or signs u out! Recently emails all keep disappearing and I have to delete it and download it again for them to come back.. frustrating! Would be a decent app as it is so helpful if they could fix these small issues
Worked last year

Needs a serious overhaul
Shockingly bad. Sometimes opens, sometimes doesn’t. User authentication completely unreliable; I manage to log in once for about every 7 or 8 attempts.
Poor functionality and inability to navigate easily (and backwards) through the DLE section.
I only use the web pages now.

Doesn’t even open
Constantly crashes, every time I open it on my phone it just crashes, so utterly useless.

Repeatedly crashing on my iPhone. It’s so frustrating because the content and layout is great, if you can get to it

On the 2/3 days at a time that the app works, it’s buggy and crashes as soon as you open it. Having to constantly delete and reinstall it.

This app never works and crashes constantly! You’d think with the amount of money the university gets per year they could update it so it can be used instead of it constantly kicking you out and crashing.
