This app is exactly what I needed, amazing idea! Wish I had found it sooner

A lightweight and consumer-friendly app, implementing an effective technique which is gentle and sustainable. However, Iβd prefer the domain list to be managed within the app, rather than the extension. Firstly for friction (too easy/tempting to toggle off), and secondly for privacy (could add password protection then).

It would be nice to have an allow list (βwhitelistβ) mode, where all sites apart from a select few are restricted.
Another nice feature would be a configurable delay.
Even without those features though, this is a perfectly adequate extension.
