Almost perfect
A lightweight and consumer-friendly app, implementing an effective technique which is gentle and sustainable. However, I’d prefer the domain list to be managed within the app, rather than the extension. Firstly for friction (too easy/tempting to toggle off), and secondly for privacy (could add password protection then).

Does exactly what it’s supposed to
It would be nice to have an allow list (‘whitelist’) mode, where all sites apart from a select few are restricted.
Another nice feature would be a configurable delay.
Even without those features though, this is a perfectly adequate extension.
