Connection is spotty at best
The app is useless as it hardly ever connects. In Nov 2023 they told me they had a new app ready to go in April 2024, but that was the last I heard of it.
App not updated in YEARS! Doesn’t count steps!
Downloaded when I bought the treadmill. Bugs immediately. I’m writing this because I’m deleting and redownloading again in the hopes it works at least sometimes. Right now the UI is broken and won’t even let me toggle to turn it on. If you are thinking of investing in a desk treadmill where you can count steps, recommend you look elsewhere.

Useless app
It never connects, useless app. The company doesn’t care about its customers; they don’t respond to negative comments.
Allow to auto reconnect
It is very frustrating that I have to manually reconnect the app to tell it that I’m back at the desk. Meanwhile the app has stayed open and the treadmill is now turned on and Bluetooth is on, but it won’t know that I’m walking again unless I manually tell it that I’m back. Please improve. As others have said, we paid too much for this treadmill for such a poor app.

Completely worthless
This app is completely useless and adds absolutely zero value to the treadmill. Who thought it was acceptable to have the app require being open and unlocked to keep a persistent connection to the treadmill? It is embarrassing that it is advertised as a companion app for the otherwise excellent treadmill product. Please, let me build a better app for you, for the sake of all of us that use the treadmill.

Best treadmill period
This app works fine for iPhone users just go into settings and make sure under data and sources UnSit is priority #1 so that way you iPhone steps get added to what you do on the treadmill
I also have the energy stool which counts the timer as standing but works for me since I’d like to know how long I sit vs walk
Data has connected flawless so far and I’m 60,000 steps in my first few days

Don’t Recommend
This treadmill is not worth the price tag. The app is terrible, and if you reach out to customer service to inquire about it, good luck getting a response. Save yourself the money and get a different treadmill. I was between this and the LifeSpan treadmill and wish I had gotten the latter.
Worst App
I’m not sure how such a bad app was even allowed in the App Store. It clearly isn’t being actively developed, despite years of complaints. This treadmill isn’t worth it.
Embarrassing
This app is embarrassingly bad. It wouldn’t take much of an investment to make this decent. It’s just a mess.
Unexpectedly very poor
I was very surprised to see an app such as this connected with a 2k treadmill. The app loses connection consistently and only pairs based on user. It does I not “track” steps unless paired to this app (which makes little sense) so no sense of steps or mileage from the app directly.
Additionally, 12k steps translated to less than 2k steps when paired with iPhone health. I do expect a reduction in steps with transfer (anticipated 20%) but not >80% variance. I truly hope they invest in improvement of this app as it is woefully insufficient for what is otherwise a great office treadmill for working.

App severely broken
The app has not been updated in years, but this company continues to sell premium treadmills that rely on this app. The app consistently has connection issues, the toggle to enable Bluetooth is half covered (not updated for latest phones), and the company is not responsive. This app would never be approved for the App Store if it were submitted today. Hopefully the company eventually takes this feedback seriously.

It doesn’t crash
… and it doesn’t do much else. No matter what I do, it will not sync with apple health. UI is also terrible.
It wouldn’t take much investment to make this app work and be much more functional. Based on the update history, they are putting no effort into improving.

Does not connect to Apple Watch
Bummer that it only integrates to iHealth and not to the Apple Watch so it will not log your activity as a work out… You have to go in manually to load and record the work out under the health app. Additionally, you have to always connect to the app because if you step off of the treadmill or walk away, it will not automatically join up again. It’s a start.

Stunningly useless app
App is useless which is sad for a $2700 treadmill. Doesn’t maintain connection and integrates poorly (as in not at all) with Apple Health. Poorly designed, doesn’t even render properly on new phones.
Awful app to compliment a good treadmill
The app isn’t even useable on an iphone 14. Can’t touch anything to connect it.
I read an alternative is to use Fitbit or Apple Watch in a sock or around your ankle instead.
Pretty bad when people work around your tech instead of using it.

Treadmill 4.5/5. App 0/5
I see stuff written from 2 years ago about the app not staying connected to the treadmill which is the same issue it still has so I have no expectations that you guys will invest the resources into resolving this or you would have done so at some point over the last 2 years.
I’m guessing it must just not be worth the investment to fix the app, but with that being the case I’d recommend deleting the app entirely so people don’t feel a sense of let down from having an app that isn’t useful. Especially when the treadmill is a top tier treadmill.
Or just actually invest the resources into fixing the app so you can be competitive in that regard. I’d love it if you did, but being pragmatic I can’t imagine that will happen.

Doesn’t sync
Seems to be accurate with steps but doesn’t sync with apple activity or ihealth.
Run away - terrible practice, and terrible app
I spent $2500 on the treadmill; the app is bad, and evidently the connection problem has been known for two years - and nothing has been done to fix it. The treadmill is really not working for me, and I am within the return window - but surprise! The return cost is over 1/3 of the cost of the treadmill! Don’t risk it.

Meh
The Bluetooth connection needs to be constantly reset. This needs to change so that if I have it on, it stays connected. Please fix this.
Have to update and take you down to 1 star. The app stops tracking. At least let me add lost time. Also on average 1K steps get lost sharing your my iPhone tracker

Meh
This app needs to have better capability for the cost of the treadmill. It doesn’t sync well with iHealth or Apple Watch & needs to do so in order to be helpful.
