This app is cancer.
Do you guys even use this app? To be bombarded with cancerous pop ups and 5-7 dialogues that need closing before I can get any banking work done. Please spend on a better IT and UI/UX team. Genuinely one of the worst corporate banking apps.
Face ID issue
The app every now and then asking me to use biometrics Face ID even after setting it as Face ID. Causing inconvenience as I need to use username/ID and password to enable and after a few weeks/months, again it asked me to set Face ID all over again. Duh
Keeps getting logged out
I think for a start, please stop randomly clear our saved login, therefore requiring to login again and setting up of biometric.
Time to Replace Your Tech and App Design Team
This app is packed with a bunch of features nobody needs, but when you’re actually looking for something useful, it’s nowhere to be found. Whoever designed this must be some kind of genius—just not the helpful kind. What a joke.

Slow unfriendly interface
The infinity interface is very slow especially the add payee function . Each selection will lag a 2 to 5 seconds.
Extremely difficult to use
As a UOB customer for both personal and business, this is a terrible app design. 1) constantly bouncing some notification every 2 seconds when I’m trying to do transactions on my phone app 2) somehow de-registering my UOB Infinity secure every time I want to PayNow, it’s twice now. Then I have to wait 12 hours for my account…. Terrible. Will call the bank to formally complain.

It’s very difficult to track transactions because they can’t be seen line by line as in a bank statement
Unable to register infinity secure
THANKS for updating your app and not amazing it compatible to Huawei users. And now I’m trying to register a new infinity secure using my iPad and it shows technical error when I’m reentering the secure pin!!!! Pls revert asap as I need to do transaction!!

Non user friendly app
I have not given any reviews on other apps no matter how bad is the interface.
The UOB Infinity app should be the most non user friendly app among all local bank app. Even though I made a feedback to the bank RM, nothing seems to have change over the past year. Perhaps the IT dept has been living in some cave.
This is the only app where user is still required to punch in the security PIN for every transaction. Imagine having to approve 500 transactions. Whereas others have been able to do it via biometrics/touch at a breeze.
We are already in a stage where biometric are common and highly secured. Immigration have been using biometric for many years.

super buggy on IOS, calling UOB help desk & tech support will advise you to use Windows PC instead! they can’t fix the problems
Worst Customer service/Bad interface
I have been using banking services for quite some time and have found the customer service to be quite unfriendly (with hold times of at least 10-15 minutes) and lacking customer greetings. The web interface is completely useless and confusing. They also charge the wrong exchange rate at the airport, making people feel fooled every day. I hope this comment encourages other people to stop using the worst bank in Singapore.

Crappie App
My blood boils every time I use this app. Keep asking to log in for every little transaction and then complains I have multiple logins.
Extremely unstable
Be prepared to be told by UOB customer Service to uninstall and reinstall the app when it times out during login. Expect to reinstall few times a week if you are frequent user of the banking app like me

Forever maintenance
Too frequent maintenance, cannot do anything with this app. Its useless especially on weekends. This is suppose to be a easy app for business owners. End up because of maintenance we have to call the helpline, even worse they are unable to help and only able to help during office hours for business owners. Buck up! Did the maintenance team thinks that business owners do not need the app during weekend's night?
