Cannot perform alot of functions on app

Always having connection issue

Having a lot of issues with the connection on both the app and UOB online. After submitting for confirmation, the app will just hang and I do anything. Similar on the website via laptop, always no connection.
Please have it tested and do something about it

Non Intuitive

Illogical sequencing. Transaction date (latest) should show before statement date. Please refer to review by Lawongv 2023 post. Nothing much seems to have improved since.

Unbelievable…

Feel like pulling my hair out whenever I have to use this app. DBS and OCBC mobile apps are far superior.

I receive errors when trying to PayNow via QR. Can’t even copy-paste on UOB SME, every field requires manual entry.
