Slow to open & NO Apple Wallet option
When you are standing in the queue and have to wait for 2 minutes (we measured!) to open the apps and scan the QR code, that’s just ridiculous.
Plus there’s no option to add to wallet, which is frustrating.
I understand u need to keep track on the loyalty points, so I suggest learn from Gail’s bakery apps. They can track loyalty points + have the option to add to Wallet. And they use QR code concept too! And it took 1-2 seconds to get it open.
Hope u find a way to fix this.

Ok but cumbersome to use
Please add the ability to add your loyalty card to your apple wallet. This would make use of the loyalty card much easier.
