Unprofessional and weird
I immediately told the team I was unwilling to work with someone who approached clients that way. They reassigned me to a different trainer, who was professional and appropriate. However, the original trainer's messages remained visible in the app. When I requested they be removed, I was initially told that company data policies made that impossible. As someone who works in tech, I knew that explanation was nonsense. They eventually removed the messages, proving it was possible all along.
Shortly afterward, they refunded me and said they felt it was the fair thing to do. Apparently, expecting basic professionalism and respectful treatment was enough to end the relationship.
Based on this experience, I would not trust this company. The entire process raised concerns about their judgment, communication style, and overall approach to client ethics.
Went from decent to terrible
Can’t open the app
Meal plan
Needs work.
Outdated
Ok but still irritating issues
Complaint 2 - Liquid count - once again you have decided to only offer increments of 1 1.5 2 2.5 etc etc we used to enter the Accurate amount but you have decided for some Ridiculous reason to change without asking for feedback
Complay3 Sleep I’m more than capable of entering the hours & minutes of my sleep I really do not need the unecessary enter time start and finish
Conclusion- - a very Good App is now downgrading to ok whilst a very Complacent Attitude towards your Customers regarding as mentioned above example changes to your App and at a monthly cost of £950 we expect Better
Regards
Rob
Frustrating update
1. Weight: the daily weight I track is supposed to be taken at consistent time points in the morning. Reading from apple health has overwritten all of them with my last weighing in the day.
2. Sleep: it’s using time in bed instead of time asleep and my historical data have been updated to that. There’s also not an easy way to overwrite it as instead of a number I have to put start and end which is not how my sleep tracking works as there can be intervals of being awake during time in bed.
3. Units: even though weight shows in lb as I have selected in my settings, when I try to overwrite it I have to put in kg!
Best Fitness Tracker
The worst overpriced subscription.
The app charged me $750 for three months of coaching. What I got some general useless texts created by chatgpt.
Buggy
No where to ask questions
In fact the how to use information seems limited perhaps because it usually used by people also using the gyms who can ask trainers but ultimately this is sold as an individual product to the public so should have better how to use guidance.
More than willing to change my review should I be shown to be wrong? Ultimately I want an app that helps me reach my goals and I feel this could be it if there were better info.
Great principles but vey buggy
1) Frequent application crashes.
2) Unpredictable syncing with no apparent option to force a manual sync.
3) Food database lookup has poor hit ratio (compared to main competitors) and often gives odd numbers for manually selected ingredients.
4) Photos from one session I had were bugged and just appear blank. This then breaks the comparison feature and I can’t select a different check in to compare to.
The ongoing support and interaction with the trainer through the chat functionality is great. If the rest of the features worked well, it would certainly be a good app and one worthy of the reputation and cost of the U.P. product.
