Stupid App
I don’t understand why this APP is doing AT&T self-installation service for me when moving to an apartment, clearly there is no att service box in the room, and I have to call att myself to schedule a technician. What a useless and misleading app.
Scam
I set up my move with this app and they confirmed everything, but then when I called the actual internet provider, nothing actually went through. This app is a scam

This is my first time moving into an apartment. I was worried about not knowing how to do a lot of things like change my mailing address and bills and stuff. This app made this so easy and all in one place!

It does nothing correctly
USPS sent me a letter saying my application required additional verification two weeks after the updater application. Internet rate that updater showed was a lot lower than the actual and it became a small problem later, and the net connection work appointment I made via updater was actually not available and had to reschedule.
Utilities section of updater said all done, but electricity even didn’t have account open.
Most scary thing is, you have no idea what kind of agreement you made with who. No evidence, no contract in your hand.
I prefer old fashion way.

This app was recommended to us by our apartment complex’s management, and really made the move smoother since we weren’t sure exactly what needs to be updated prior to moving across the country!
This App Sucks
Supposed to transfer over services and failed to do so, resulting in me having to pay energy bills for an apartment that I don’t even live in anymore for 3 months.

Whether on desktop or phone this app glitches out a bunch. I have to login 3-4 times for it to work. However, even after getting in I’ll still get logged out. Very much a pain rendering the app practically unusable.
