What’s the point of using a UPMC app if I have to enter every single thing that UPMC already has in my files why do I need to add all medications that I’m on when you already have the medication’s that I’m on why do I need to add my medical history when you Medical history
Secured message not working
I couldn’t send nor receive secured messages from my providers, and response I got is that UPMC disabled the messaging functionality. If I need, either call customer service or schedule another visit?! My questions are for my providers not for customer support! The questions can be answered via chat for free, now I have to schedule and pay for another visit?! Why was the function disabled?

Whatever this new anywhere care app is, ITS AWFUL. Waiting for an hour 15 mins when it said 6 minute wait. zero updates. There was nothing wrong with the last one and you could actually see how many were ahead of you!
Latest update
The latest update makes the app unusable. It keeps making me log in and fill out information and then tells me I’m already registered. It’s a never ending cycle of logins. It doesn’t work for me at all.
Horrible Update
This doesnt work anymore. To log in to the app it takes you to the website. Make an appointment in the app, instead of being sent to waiting room you get a text with a link that sends you to a website for your visit. It will ask you for permissions, youll approve them, then sends you right back in an infinite loop. Never seeing the doctor and losing $60. With no way of appealing or getting a refund on the app. Just used the app in January and it worked perfectly. You dont even get to pick the doctor anymore.

Great when it worked
For months, this app hasn’t worked you can’t login and use it. When trying it always says that it’s sending you a code for verification that you will never receive.
Doesn’t work anymore
Thanks for taking a system that worked perfectly and totally screwing it up. It is completely nonfunctional now. I can’t sign in. It redirects to the MyUPMC app to a nonfunctional link. It doesn’t work at all. IT people constantly take working systems and “upgrade” and break their functionality. Way to go guys!!! My kid needs you and you screwed up royally.

Loved the convenience!
Kathy, the nurse practitioner made me feel so comfortable and I really love the convenience! I'm not feeling well, and it was so nice not to have to go somewhere to see a doctor in person. I normally go to urgent really don't trust them because I've had some bad experiences. So emergency room and that takes forever. I try not to go there because I know it's but sometimes I feel like it is an emergency because I feel horrible. But I give Kathy percent good rating. She was very pleasant to talk to and made me feel better.

App keeps crashing on launch, even after uninstalling, reinstalling.
Exceeded expectations
I have done virtual visits through my PCP, and I think that’s what I thought anywhere care was. I have been sick for 6 days and was considering going to an urgent care, but then decided to look into a virtual visit. It’s a Sunday morning so when I saw that it’s available 24/7, I knew it was different than my PCP virtual visit so I gave this a try. It was awesome!!! My Physicians Assistant was awesome. All my questions were answered and my take away was: if being sick is disrupting your daily life, then it’s time to seek care, even if that means your coughing is messing with your sleep. I’m so glad I did this. I’m so glad this is available 24/7. This is an excellent resource. The only downside would be that if they needed to listen to your breathing/lungs. for example, they aren’t able to do that.

Sick Child
My daughter was sick with a sinus infection that went into her eye. There’s a huge storm storm coming out of Erie making it difficult to get to a doctors office. Dr. Gray was great in all aspects of care. Highly recommend and thankful for the help.

Horrible Customer Service HelpLine
Idk why all these companies have these employees that work from home. But anytime I call I’m either hung up on or sent back to the main menu when they say “hold on let me put you on hold to access your account” then get hung up on it sent back to the main menu. Absolutely ridiculous! All I need is my email and password! The actual app I love but the customer service line I HATE!

Great App and option when away from home
Wonderfully easy app to use and navigate. Within 5 minutes of downloading the app I had a provider on the screen. I’m currently out of state and needed some care. The provider I saw was very thorough and covered all the bases and answered all my questions. She also was able to send a prescription to the local pharmacy of my choice. Highly recommend using this app if you aren’t able to make it to the actual doctor’s office.

Best service ever
This service is amazing! I have had a persistent cough for three weeks. I called my PCP and I would not be able to get an appointment for four months. I used UPMC anywhere care and I have an anabiotic and steroid to pick up at the pharmacy within 15 minutes. Thank you so much!

Great service
As any parent knows time is always so hard to come by. Especially while being a single parent. This service is extremely helpful for parents. Its such a valuable time saver in the world of parenting. Probably one of the best conveniences that could possibly be offered to parents. The health providers are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I’m very grateful to be able to access such wonderful service for my son and best of all right at my finger tips!
