The app sucks
I’ll connect to the bassinet to start movement and sound, and only can ever complete one of those and have to get up after husband forgets to turn on the bassinet. The app says “connecting…” after it’s already connected and then I can’t use it for hours at a time til it reconnects. App is basically useless.

Donated through my coworker for my grandaughter and it has been amazing, easy to install with the app
Poor support
Have older model seems they have suddenly decided to drop support for it, seems crazy to decide to no longer support old models obviously an attempt to reduce use ability of old stock, creating more waste. Shameful business practices.
Update doesn’t support older models
Doesn’t support older models so my gift from a friend can only be used from the buttons manually. I understand that it’s not a huge problem. However, if your products worked before and you update your app, then you should include all your products so they can all continue to work.
Never connects
The connection is horrible I have to press try again atleast 10-20 times until I am able to connect to the bassinet.

Love it.
First day baby it got to use it. He fell asleep instantly. I did have an issue after connecting it through the app where it disconnected itself and I had to delete the app and start over again to reconnect it. That took me about an hour.
