I got a personal loan through upstart to consolidate my credit card debt and they’re saving me a lot of money on interest. My minimum monthly payment is cheaper than what I was paying on all my credit cards before. On top of that I’ll have it paid off in 3 years. Sounds like a good deal to me

I can't log in because the screen doesn't allow it! Nothing works when I click the any options. I type in my email address in the blank line and click the check mark and NOTHING happens. I have zero issues with any other apps so it's this app not my phone. Fix this issue IF YOU WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

Fraud alert
Every payment I make, the UpStart company takes over 45% in interest from every payment I make. That’s not what I signed up for, that’s not what my promise note I signed says. So when I see my account adjust accordingly, I will make my payments accordingly. That’s my promise note

As the title says scammers and don’t have the courage to be honest with its customers. The cash line option is a scam. Stealing from American population. There not there to help but to scam like other lenders. Might as well be a tribal lender

I found this company online in time of need before they had an app. Life happened and this was sent to collections and written as a charge off on my credit report. I have paid the collection with Velocity Investments and informed Upstart of this. I also asked many times that they update my dashboard now that the account is paid for. It wasn’t difficult to acquire funding in the past, but no matter what I do I continue to get denied.

After the update today 07/27/2026 I am still unable to use the app. The developer response for my initial review was to contact support via email or their phone number. I tried email first and received a generic, unhelpful response. Why have the application if I cannot use it and have to use your desktop site? The app worked just fine until mid July. Calling their phone number? Forget it because it’s all automated and you cannot get past, even saying “technical support” or “application support”.
