Confusing
I’ve tried SEVERAL times to make online payments. The representative was very helpful when I set up my bank account and linked to my loan account. I received the confirmation, went to make a payment and, the app keeps asking me to “add a bank account”. My accounts were ALREADY linked! It’s exhausting!

This is a terrible company. It is predatory lending, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
Corporate thieves
Whatever they are doing should be illegal! Their charges are out of this world. Interest rates are exploitative. And they have many weird fees they charge in addition to high interest rates.

Rate gouge customers
They’ll give you a loan but the APR is so high that you only end up paying 20% of your monthly payment towards the loan amount. All the rest goes to interest.. be very wary of this company they’re trying to trap you for years
