Urban Clap rescheduled multiple times with no clear communication , very unprofessional company

Absolutely terrible customer experience! Cleaner came late and did not have valid ID so wasn't allowed up to the apartment. Tried to contact customer support to get help and did not get any response for a very long time, do not recommend at all very unprofessional
Recent salon spa pedicure booking
As per details in app shoulder massage is part of pedicure but it was informed by the server that it is not excluded but not updated on website
Late didn’t communicate or reply wrong timing info requested a rating
Came late didn’t call or reply to any messages said he was 15 minutes away came after 40 minutes then asked me to rate him 4.5 which I did. Writing this here to ensure he learns his lesson knowing people can be kind and report.
Buggy App & Worst AI support
Booked a Bathroom Cleaning service where the cleaner damaged my flush pipe. When attempting to request a revisit, the app UI glitched—the "Confirm Booking" button remained permanently greyed out across every available date and time slot.
When I was finally connected to a human agent, the chat instantly disconnected and "parked" the ticket without resolving anything. After endlessly looping me through broken app screens and dropped chats, the automated bot closed my request claiming the service was now "outside the warranty period."
The app UI is broken, support chat disconnects arbitrarily, and tickets are left to expire on purpose to avoid resolving damage caused during services. Fix your support workflow!

I booked hair Botox and the professional charged me extra money stating she had to use a lot of products which was not true, she kept pulling the hair and despite of saying multiple times that it hurts a lot she kept saying she can’t help it. The procedure is 4 hour long and imaging having your hair constantly pulled for 4 hours!!

Truly appalling customer service and terrible tech. The amount of time you’ll waste trying to get a basic issue resolved is ridiculous.
UC services
Urban company had good professionals but the company needs to up their work culture. It has happened 2 times now that the professionals have cancelled their job with out intimation, leaving me to keep following up or look for a reschedule. Please don’t take bookings if you can’t provide the service. Period!!

Employee happiness and satisfaction is questionable.
Urban company employees are not happy with the salary/wages they are getting. They try to make some money from the UC clients. Only UC employee’s satisfaction can lead to UC customer’s satisfaction. Please take care of your employees.
Bad Experience
I booked a helper last night to help me as I am moving out at 11:30 am.. She did not show up! I tried calling and texting till noon but no response. Then,I contact support through online chat and the chatbot asked me to either reschedule or cancel!! First and last time trying!
Pathetic Maid experience and worse customer support and handling by urban company
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Urban Company’s maid service. The maid was scheduled to arrive at 10:56 AM, but when I called her around the scheduled time, she clearly stated that she would not be coming to my house. This left me stranded and forced me to contact customer support for assistance. What made the situation worse was the poor handling by the customer care team. Despite repeatedly requesting a phone call to explain the issue properly, the support team refused to call and kept ending the chat without providing any resolution. I had to continuously follow up through the chat process for nearly 45 minutes before any action was taken. Eventually, after sustained pressure on customer support, the maid arrived approximately 45 minutes late. Unfortunately, the service itself was also below expectations. The maid worked very slowly, causing further inconvenience and frustration. Overall, both the maid service and customer support experience were pathetic. I felt genuinely harassed by the lack of accountability, poor communication, and ineffective customer service. What is most disappointing is that I have been a loyal Urban Company customer for the past 7 years and have used several of their services. However, this experience has completely eroded my trust in the company. Based on this experience, I do not intend to use Urban Company services again and cannot recommend them to others.

Pathetic service being offered since past few months
What started as a salon service provider has turned into a money making machine with no regard for the customers time. Since last 3 months my monthly salon service is cancelled by their professional on account of being late for more than an hr, they provide a slot for early morning, charge me a premium fees and the professional cancels and with customers consent, the AI bot reschedules. There is no customer interaction available, no option only apart from chat, neither the professional nor anyone else is even sorry for the delay’s that are being caused. I was a constant with them since their launch but looking at the pathetic services that they are offering i will switch back to traditional or any other service provider
