Less Storefronts and Often Out of Stock
I’ve been a big fan of UR and loved the stores fronts in the East Bay and the app to earn rewards since in 2018. I would go in biweekly and ate UR on a daily basis. I became frustrated losing the storefront 10 minutes away and then one 25 minutes away. Ordering on the app now, not only cost me more but made all my $10 REWARDS worthless It charges $5.99 for a delivery fee plus $10 minimum for tip. Seems like every time I’m on the app, the only store that delivers to me is closed for weeks at a time or products are out of stock often, last time it was close to 2 months. I’m glad you are expanding but your losing customers who have been around since the beginning.

Amazing Food!
I love everything!
Great products Terrible Service
I have enjoyed urban Remedy products since early 2020. Turmeric Relief, pomegranate and others ! They all are well made and taste great. I stay away from the drinks and food made with stevia!
The app does not function well and the customer service is not responsive! Often I don’t get credit for purchases and when they ask you to submit a receipt it often won’t fit on a page.
The App has been spinning the wheel of death for over a month and when I delete and reinstall I get the same thing.
I contacted them via email and they really didn’t seem concerned!

User friendly/tracks rewards
Great for in store, pick up or delivery. Easy way to get rewards over time, don’t have to pull out a CC, items are easy to find and search for!
useless
Download the app, launch the app, and before seeing the offerings, a credit card number is needed for ordering and tracking for customer reward perks.
I know what I want to order, so while befuddlin to ask this upfront, I provide one. They do not accept my Mastercard.
Checked the TOS, and they don’t accept corporate cards, HSA or other health account cards, and some others. None of those apply to my Mastercard which is a personal card not tied to any other entity. For whatever reason the credit card is “not eligible” without clarification. I have used the same card in a physical Urban Remedy store.
I quit the app (an actual quit) and tried again. Same thing. Quit the app again.
Now when launching it wants my first, last name, a preferred store, and a phone number. Much better than asking for a credit card.
I enter the info, and it notes that the phone number is already in use for an account. No password reset option. No send-me-a-text to confirm it’s me option. Nothing.
The app is useless. Literally. I can not use this app.
