The app does not function well and the customer service is not responsive! Often I don’t get credit for purchases and when they ask you to submit a receipt it often won’t fit on a page.
The App has been spinning the wheel of death for over a month and when I delete and reinstall I get the same thing.
I contacted them via email and they really didn’t seem concerned!

I know what I want to order, so while befuddlin to ask this upfront, I provide one. They do not accept my Mastercard.
Checked the TOS, and they don’t accept corporate cards, HSA or other health account cards, and some others. None of those apply to my Mastercard which is a personal card not tied to any other entity. For whatever reason the credit card is “not eligible” without clarification. I have used the same card in a physical Urban Remedy store.
I quit the app (an actual quit) and tried again. Same thing. Quit the app again.
Now when launching it wants my first, last name, a preferred store, and a phone number. Much better than asking for a credit card.
I enter the info, and it notes that the phone number is already in use for an account. No password reset option. No send-me-a-text to confirm it’s me option. Nothing.
The app is useless. Literally. I can not use this app.

I then pressed a random spot on the home page and a sign up window appears. Where is the login???
As for privacy, there should be CCPA for Californians; instead no opt out anywhere (regardless of state).
I tried giving NO stars.....

Clunky interfacing- unfinished
The UR app has buttons that lead to dead zones or goes back and forth on a certain subject that is unfinished or leads the user not to where they selected. The misleading food options it says it has are mostly unavailable.
Food pics are not as appealing as they are on Caviar app.
Says delivery is available and after filling out that option and I hit “done” - the page goes nowhere.
So it’s not a “true” app yet, still has kinks.
Bummer. Love UR and it’s products- been a fan for years. Love the delivery options as I work from home and enjoy the conveniences during our quarantined life right now.
