do not accept credit card payments unless you want to be restricted from accessing your own $$ because of dumb software issues. so tired of being forced to own branch.

the app will suddenly randomly seeming need to reverify your identity. isn’t designed to share between partners like you obviously would. and locks you out from accessing child care providers or seeking care which for me created urgent and potentially emergency situations when I suddenly don’t have access to communicate with care takers. garbage.

Job seekers avoid this app
Finding job full time/ part time is difficult through this app. The membership fee is high and they do background check still you apply multiple jobs through them you won’t be able to land any. I gave up after few months. Their membership is recurring and if you fail to cancel the membership it’s non-refundable and they don’t even have customer service no, just an automated response. Anyone trying to find job through this app, avoid it. I used this for three months and deleted it, they have charged my membership fee again and won’t refund. No customer service number!!!! Please don’t waste your money.
