App doesn’t work anymore
The app worked well through 2025. This year it stopped working. It didn’t add my coffee bean pound bag orders to the rewards balance. I had to keep trying to ask management in Santa Monica and email headquarters to help. They were unable to help and I never received email response back. I downloaded what appears to be a refreshed app, but get repeated error messages when I try to order. The app cannot pull up any locations.

Please allow location confirmation for reorders!
I accidentally ordered to the wrong location because when you select reorder, it goes to the last location not based on current location and it doesn’t give you a chance to choose the store location. Please at least add the ability to confirm the location before confirming the order.

Auto Tip
I do not like having to adjust or remove the auto tip on transactions - not user friendly. Deceptive as well if users are not paying close attention to the pay confirm page.. please fix ASAP as I have tipped multiple times now with not knowing, not cool
Tip rip off
Listen a month ago they raise their prices and the same time created a default setting for tips and I have accidentally added probably $25 worth of tips and when I complained they said nothing they’re gonna leave it that way. Look be honest take that default setting for tips off.
App is just ok
I love their food and teas/coffees in Pasadena. The pickup is easy. The downtown LA location is not near as good or consistent. The app is just ok. I’ve been a customer for over five years and haven’t earned anything with the rewards program. Also, they can sometimes have issues with DoorDash.

Urth Cafe especially in Pasadena has delicious food and fast service even though it’s usually crowded. (DTLA Urth is not near as high quality and attention to detail.) The app is ok, but not great. It’s a lot of clicking but I do like the photos and the descriptions. It’s fairly intuitive. Also, I’ve been ordering from there forever and have yet to earn one reward for anything! Not sure how that program works.

Too Many Issues!!!
Example -
Trying to order the “Urth Laguna Breakfast” and I can’t because you have to pick a “jam” option. But there is no option to select jam so you can’t add it to the cart.

Urth Caffe
Urth is one of my favorite caffès. The user experience on this app is user friendly and straightforward. I occasionally get logged out, but logging back in is no issue. You can add favorite drinks / menu items to simplify the ordering process. The location in the UnCommons in Las Vegas is my go to and hopefully we get more here soon. The coffee is consistently wonderful and the ambiance is unmatched.

Gift card use
I cannot use urth gift card when placing order online. And also, i cannot register my gift card

Lost revenue. We tried twice and it kept crashing .. that 65 lost for you and 65 saved for us !
Worthless
Downloaded and tried to sign up, multiple times, just keep getting error. Tried it again after days, still same error. There’s no contact option for assistance.

great coffee, bad UX experience
the coffee is great, but the app it’s just horrible! When you get to pay, you have to insert your card details, can’t use Apple pay. the menu is confusing, could be rearranged in a humanly order: food, beverages and so on. some items on the menu have no pictures, just a bad UX.

Useless app not taking payments
This app used to work fine. Placed orders and ready to pick up. But since about a few months ago it started not working. It lets you add items and the final process of payment, it says sorry not accepting online orders or some sorts. It practically useless app now. Please fix the issues!
I love this place
Maybe cause I work right across from it and it’s so clutch to have so conveniently. I Love the baked goods, the tostada, the matcha drinks and smoothies. And when you’d rather have organic than not, you appreciate this place even more. Entree items can be hit or miss w me, but Atleast they’re generously sized. I love the music and vibe outside.

Everything I tried to add to my basket was sold out. But it doesn’t tell you when browsing the menu what is available, you have to attempt to buy it first before being informed it’s sold out.
