Can’t log in
“Try again shortly” it’s been twice a day for 2 weeks. Called support multiple times with no avail. It’s only a problem on the app. I started to not be able to upload photos a few days before this happened as well, so now I’ll have to backdate numerous receipts once this ultimately gets fixed.
Super frustrated
It’s not letting me into the app and I keep getting an error that says to try again shortly… I called US Bank and let me tell you it is the most frustrating thing. I keep getting transferred to another department that it has me click through four or five different options before I get to the associate. Is there no one I can call for help with this app?

Logging in is a breeze thanks to Face ID. I can jump straight into what I need. Great touch for a business tool!
Images of Recites Won’t Load / Save
Please fix the bug for being able to upload images of receipts!!! Does not work on desktop website or mobile app. Only works sometimes. Very frustrating.
