I’m never able to UNLOCK my card when I need it then when I call customer service they don’t help

I do wish you guys would send notifications when transactions are made. Withdraw and deposits. Would help with monitoring accounts without having to make time to log in daily. Other than that it’s friendly and easy to use.

App is not as good as the old app. Transferring between accounts is not user friendly and very inconvenient even though the accounts have been added in the settings menu.

Hating this app
The verifying to log in EVERY time is super annoying and completely unnecessary. And seriously how long does it take to add an external account??! It’s 2024- this should be INSTANT. Ridiculously slow.
My thoughts on the app
App works great except for the loan transfers. When I try to pay more than what is owed it no longer lets me do that. I wish the credit union would have kept that feature. I loved it. Other than that everything works great. Saves the trips of having to go to the bank so often. Overall it’s not bad.
Quality Navigation
This app is truly user friendly and has efficient navigation and security features. However, sometimes the Eagle remote capture doesn’t work. Other than that it’s a wonderful app.
