I have been a happy customer for a while. Then some glitch happened, emailed them, they fixed it. Then it happened again, wrong password etc. Tried their procedure to change it- couldn’t do it. Sent email to help- no answer. Google the address and phone,
Call them - no answer, left a message - nothing.
Called my bank, to stop them charge me,
Got auto email, we couldn’t charge you, we are canceling your service.

Very few Stations
Wanted to record a daily radio show that is streamed, went through all the crap to login and then find out there are very few stations available. Waste of time! Don’t bother.
Can’t even log in or register - zero support
Wow this is such a horrible app and website! I tried registering online and when entering my phone number as part of the sign up to receive a code via text, I only received the code some 12 hours later. I never completed registration and have been unable to sign on since. The “forgot your password” is useless, as I have yet to receive an email to reset my password, and when I try to register a new profile online under a new email I’m unable to because my phone number is already in use! Downloaded the app to try, can’t even register any new email as I’m being shown the prompt “email already in use” for emails I’ve never used for this platform. There is zero support or contact information listed. Even selecting the app support here links to a page online which lists text to contact them via email - with no email displayed. What a joke. If you’re app/website isn’t working just say that. I merely want this to listen to The Ticket archives anyway but this is useless. I would absolutely not sign up for a paid subscription now based on this functionality and lack of any customer support.

Useful when the app decides that it will actually work today. If you have any alternatives to use to record live radio, go with that. Until then I’m stuck with usave
