I have been a happy customer for a while. Then some glitch happened, emailed them, they fixed it. Then it happened again, wrong password etc. Tried their procedure to change it- couldn’t do it. Sent email to help- no answer. Google the address and phone,
Call them - no answer, left a message - nothing.
Called my bank, to stop them charge me,
Got auto email, we couldn’t charge you, we are canceling your service.

…for the very responsive customer service. And generally reliable regular recordings.
Very few Stations
Wanted to record a daily radio show that is streamed, went through all the crap to login and then find out there are very few stations available. Waste of time! Don’t bother.
Can’t even log in or register - zero support
Wow this is such a horrible app and website! I tried registering online and when entering my phone number as part of the sign up to receive a code via text, I only received the code some 12 hours later. I never completed registration and have been unable to sign on since. The “forgot your password” is useless, as I have yet to receive an email to reset my password, and when I try to register a new profile online under a new email I’m unable to because my phone number is already in use! Downloaded the app to try, can’t even register any new email as I’m being shown the prompt “email already in use” for emails I’ve never used for this platform. There is zero support or contact information listed. Even selecting the app support here links to a page online which lists text to contact them via email - with no email displayed. What a joke. If you’re app/website isn’t working just say that. I merely want this to listen to The Ticket archives anyway but this is useless. I would absolutely not sign up for a paid subscription now based on this functionality and lack of any customer support.

Great when it works
Useful when the app decides that it will actually work today. If you have any alternatives to use to record live radio, go with that. Until then I’m stuck with usave
Couldn’t sign in
Wouldn’t create an account. Said was invalidated account. I deleted it from phone.
Ruined a perfectly good website
Look if you want people to pay you for your app or web service, don’t destroy it. The website longer works. The app doesn’t scan and you can not delete old recordings or play on the background (even with the option checked). Horrible!
Pretty good little app...pretty good little app
Makes listening to the Musers on my iPhone much easier than through the usave.it website. That being said I have only 2 complaints:
1. Can you make the rewind and fast forward buttons a LITTLE bit bigger?
2. Can you make it possible to delete recordings from within the app? Currently when I’m done listening to a recording I have to go to the website to delete it. Would be great to be able to do it all through the app.

Flawed
Even with the update, the application crashes every time an attempt is made to delete an old recording.
Always crashing
I love the fact that I get to listen to commercial free shows. But the app itself is absolutely awful. I can't get through 1 minute without it logging me out and restarting causing me to have to fast forward back to my place. Please get this fixed. I use this app every day

- no legitimately usable functionality via iPad: Fast forwarding/RRwd is only possible after re-start of the OS and prompt re-dedication you have to close and reopen app
- navigation of a recording is humble at best -smallest touch produces 15+ minute jump in either direction. (Note the '+' .. new users will be frustrated for awhile until they learn the impossible OCD-inducing ffwd technique

Can't delete recordings
Can't delete recordings. I've emailed the twice with no response and the app has no instructions whatsoever.
Adequate for needs
This app is for a pay for use service. The app is very basic. Functionality is so-so. Sporadic failure of "manage" tab is aggregating. Wish it was updated regularly. If you need time shift recordings, this service for the price is a decent value. I do encounter the occasional "glitch" in scheduled recordings. On average twice a month recordings will skip small sections or insert random paid spot.

Awesome App
This is the update I've been waiting for, Usave.it is a lifesaver for shows I don't want to miss!
Decent, but could use some tweaks for 5 stars
It's nice to have an app to stream the recordings I have saved on usave.it. So functionally, it's all you need. However, please make the control buttons like 5x the size so you can easily skip/rewind without having to be so precise as to where you tap them! If that can get done, 5 stars for sure.

Great Idea, but crashes
Would be 5 stars if it didn't crash EVERY time I try to listen to something on my iPhone 4. I have to relaunch the app every 3 minutes and attempt to find the place when I was cut off. Fix this and I'd give a strong 5 stars!
