They took the bag and they damaged it then they are saying we want to return it and we want 4kd and the already took a little from the money of the thing and gave me half and when I pictured it from all the sides and there was nothing.

فكرة التطبيق جبارة بس بدام توافقون انه ينباع فيه اشياء مقلدة راح يبقى التطبيق رخيص.

Refunding system
You can to give them your ID and you IBAN and your own picture to refund the money for you and my own experience i bought an item than they told me its not there. The refund went to a wallet to to my bank account
