Banking app issues but support is amazing
The banking app can be kind of poor in the sense that some transactions are delayed a couple days from showing on my app or sometimes they disappear and reappear but their customer service is amazing, on a Holiday where the bank and chat was closed someone was still able to help me and fix my issue on a banking holiday.

Staff vs bill pay program
Staff are consistently friendly and capable!
Bill Pay : I use this to pay all my bills. Both repeat bills and one-off bills. I love the ease of paying my bills this way .
HOWEVER: little did I know that there is not a “digital “ check or footprint to easily access when one needs to verify payment !! So when the IRS wants verification …. Good luck ! You have to send your entire months transaction page. I think if you pay a bill with BILL PAY there should be a way to get a copy of sent/paid bill with vendors name and date!!!

Need update
I’m getting a message that I need to update the app. I can’t. It just goes in a circle, telling me to update and then taking me back to the app saying I need to update. What’s the use in this app if I can’t use it? I’m so frustrated!!!!

It told me I needed to update but my iOS isn’t current enough so now I’m locked out of my account and I can’t download an older version. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Total garbage!!

The fact they have this up and running is amazing because half of the time my transactions delay or don’t show up for multiple days. It won’t even update my balance today

Invest in ATM devices that allow patrons to make a cash deposit after hours !! My goodness ?!!?! Every other competitor allows such but you guys whack us with UN- necessary NSF courtesy fees !!!

Hard to set up auto pay
The app is not user friendly and haven’t been able to figure out how to set up autopay for mew auto loan

They took away biometrics (like face recognition) to login for some reason? And you can’t pay anything with an external debit/credit card, which can be problematic.
They do respond to messages in a timely manner, which is nice…but there have been multiple outages over the last year as well.

Everything is so slow and behind.
Transactions, transfers, EVERYTHING LAGS. Worst bank I’ve ever had. This is exactly why I don’t use it anymore.

Coming from Chase I was used to a great app. Looked at lots of different banks and landed on Utah First primarily because of their app and next because of their customer service! Solid
