Can’t enter auth code
When I try to log in it accepts my user and password, but when it asks for my auth code, I swipe away to get it and when I swipe back the app displays only the UWCU logo and is completely locked up.

Two Factor Authentication Not Working on iPhone
Love the app, however awhile back my two factor stopped working correctly. I use 1Password which has two factor integration and normally when logging in I can just hit paste in the authentication box. But for some reason it won’t paste and I have to open 1Password to manually copy. This feature works on my iPad and I’ve tried resetting authentication without any luck. It works for a couple days and then stops. Anyway hopefully just a bug but otherwise it’s a great app.

It does not work
The app is broken and does not work. I’m sick and tired of trying to login every month and having to call in. You need to fix it or remove it from the App Store and allow us to login online. This is unacceptable.
Where is the log out button
I have searched everywhere and cannot figure out how to log out. Frustrating

Mobile check deposit feature faulty and unreliable
The mobile check deposit feature has been really buggy the last few months. Lets me take a picture of the front of the check, and then deletes the picture when I try to go to the next step like I never took the picture. What gives? Very frustrating when you rely on the convenience of mobile deposit and cannot anticipate whether it will work that day or not. Please fix!

For some reason the app it’s now a blank screen. Even when trying to access uwcu online brings me to the app with a dark screen, unable to accesses anything.

Solid software, have never felt as though my bank app lacked functionality and on the contrary I think it has more functionality that other apps, summit, Wells Fargo etc.
Bad updates
I updated the app like they asked and now Zelle isn’t working. An update that gets released before making sure the basic services aren’t glitching is embarrassing in 2026.
Didn’t know how good I had it…
…until I tried switching to a different credit union. Holy cow. *This* app ACTUALLY WORKS — its numbers are accurate, its functions are quick and work well, it makes login both easy AND secure. It’s not flashy, I guess, but who wants ”flashy” from their *bank*? Instead it gives off “quiet competence”. I’ve since switched back to UWCU and won’t be changing anytime soon.
