Initially the app was good but for 1 wk i can’t log in.
I signed up to drive for Uzurv. For 1.5 wks the app won’t allow me log in which has delayed and prevented me from onboarding. I contacted Uzurv for 3 days, sending and receiving numerous emails back and forth and still it’s not working. I can’t log in. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled it 3x. Nothing this difficult is worth keeping but I’m determined to become a Uzurv so I’ve persisted and continued. Yes, my iph XR has the latest update and the apps have been updated. What’s the problem?

It’s not a self schedule pickup. You send request that you’re interested with a specific ride, they will randomly select you or ignore you. There could be a biased selection. Unlike other ride share companies, UZURV ride are not flexible, it’s a schedule based ride with biased selection. It’s a waste of time! Even if they assigned you 1 ride after you accept it and drive too far for pick as well as too much wait time, UZURV cancelled it and tell you “Schedule changed. They don’t like hard working drivers!!

New driver very disappointed
Pays just a little better than Uber but far less rides available. You will struggle to make $80-$100 a day unless you really want to travel 25 min for a 20 min ride that pays $20 and then have have nothing for an hour or 2… I’ve had multiple days with no rides at all… it’s disgusting how these ride share companies lie about how much money is paid. Very disappointing and the hoops you have to jump through and 6-8 weeks to onboard is crazy- really makes you think a decent paying opportunity on the horizon. Don’t waste your time

My First experience
I am short of words, everything is just as I was told, the App is so easy and clear to use, and at some point I thought of quitting my other job. My only dull moment is the waiting period between one ride to the next but beside that I give a Six Stars experience 🫶🫶🫶🦅🦅🦅🕊️

I don’t know what everybody is complaining about, I haven’t had any problems, it pays well, you make the schedule, better than most ride, share companies, the closest pay for rideshare compared to this will be Lyft, but this app hands-down is the best.

I was unfairly deactivated and fired because while dropping off a customer soon I clicked to end the trip a pop up showed on my screen telling me I was selected to run a drug screening fallowing a few phone calls , I told them that I was on my way to pick up a customer on uber then when ii finished I will go for screening. 2 hours later I was deactivated and never put me back on

Not worth it anymore
Was supper busy when i joined a couple of months ago. Now the rides get posted and I for days without being selected for a single one. Plus the program just expanded in my area. Makes no sense
