Great assistance solving a technical problem I had
I wasn’t able to access lessons that I recently had taken with my PGA pro using the V1 Golf Swing Analyzer. Lynn at V1 answered my inquiry quickly and then within a sort time fixed my problem. Mow I can quickly view all my lessons. Special thanks to Lynn for her concern and rapid remedy. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great having Lynn and V1 Golf on my team.

Video Issue
Don at support responded quickly and fixed the problem of me not being able to view my video of my lesson. As it turned out they put the wrong email address in at the lesson. Don was able to see that and corrected for me.

Excellent service
I’ve taken out a yearly sub for the app - it’s great- but struggled to cancel my monthly sub on line. I contacted Don via the help feature and he sorted it all out within minutes. It says a lot about the usual level of service with most apps that this shocked me! These guys deserve 6 stars - highly recommended!

With your help I was able to access the two training sessions that were recorded during my weekend stay at WinStar. I thought the recorded sessions were lost. You were able to consolidate two email accounts, as I created an extra one. You corrected my issue in a fast and timely manner . I can’t thank you enough for your help and support. I’m now able to retrieve my lessons successfully, V1 Golf is easy to use and I’m grateful for the outstanding support and help.
