I recently took a lesson with PGA Superstore who sent me my lesson videos through this app, but I must’ve messed up my emails because I couldn’t see them when I made an account in the app. I used the customer service chat option and JT transferred my videos to the correct email in less than 5 minutes. Haven’t explored much of the app yet but very appreciative of the prompt response and fix from customer service.

A change in my membership
I needed to get a refund for my membership because The people at the PGA store told me I don't need it to see their lessons that they filmed the way they do it.
So I contacted V1 to see about getting a refund Lynn was able to help me get that done in a really short time. She understood exactly what I needed to do and had it done before I even knew it.

Kind of scamish
I tried the free version, it did nothing, I tried the subscription and it had a lot of missing features and the interface is super hard to navigate, I tried the 1 week free tries and it charged me right then and there, I canceled it and it never refunded me…

Great App for Instructional Content
The support team helped me retrieve my sign in from 10 years ago and did it in less than 15 minutes. Very responsive. The video lessons are still applicable today as they are based on the videos during my Golf Galaxy lessons. Great instruction. Great customer service

JT was very helpful to me and my son. We had been unable to find videos or our training sessions that our instructor said he had shared. JT diagnosed the problem, communicated the issue to our instructor and resolved the inquiry promptly. We are now able to see our videos, and we have even received a chat from our instructor thru the app.
