Mountain getaway
We rented berry content for 20 people. The maintenance team was extremely fast and friendly. Although it was operator error. lol. The cabin was clean and very nice. Cons are the grill is not large enough for the food for 20 people and it’s hard to get anyone on the phone but they do respond to emails extremely fast. I would absolutely stay there again.

Maybe the app is good once registered, but getting registered in the app isn’t possible. Captcha doesn’t work, won’t accept passwords that were previously entered just moments before. Junk. Don’t waste your vacation time trying to get the app to work.

They canceled the reservation I’ve had for months at the very last minute. And when I say the last minute I mean when I was walking up the steps to the cabin at 5 PM after driving 6 hours to get there.
Best option for a home rental!
Always easy and was $250 less than the other sights!
They promote Coachella which I will never be able to afford to attend.
Their suggestions are for the super rich! There is no way that I will ever be able to attend an event live this. Had nice rental experiences but Coachella is something that is absolutely not obtainable.

2nd trip
I stayed last month in The Patricia Grand with Vacasa and they made everything so easy. I just booked a second stay ! Love the pools, the beach access and the room was so clean last time… hoping for the same experience!
Wish I could view full photos on the mobile app
I’m just sending a minor complaint about the mobile app - I don’t like that when I click to view an individual photo, it crops the photo to the size of the phone screen, with no ability to zoom in/out or pan left/right. Please improve if possible.

Do NOT book via Vacasa — no water, refund mishandled
No running water first night; maintenance came next morning. Vacasa then refunded 9,500 pts on a 30k/night award instead of reinstating one full night. Support kept bouncing me around. Avoid for anything important.
WORST management EVER!
This management company is awful, I have never wrote a review before. Because of how much this company had no respect for their customers I felt the need to write this.
I booked a stay with a Vacasa home, the house was okay other than the description was incorrect from what we needed to fit our family. This caused family members to have no other choice but to sleep on the floor. And caused arguments among the house , making it a horrible trip .
I took the precaution to reach out to the Vacasa before I booked the place to ask them if the description was exactly how they had it listed and they wrote me back and confirmed it was! I have receipts of all communication with Vacasa and yet they still treat their customers this way.
I spoke with vacasa management and asked for some sort of compensation for their mess up , could be a partial refund ( refund for the person who slept on floor) credit for future stay. I was open to hearing them out .
I got a response from a manger the first day after requesting one 3 times , told me he would update the description and that was it . I requested to speak to someone higher up cause that was unacceptable. He told me I should hear back within two days for the next four weeks. I requested someone to call me each time. Someone would respond saying they put the request in and someone would call me and never got a call
back.
At this point, I still have no response in this company deserves no stars. I hope people who plan to rent their homes out go through a different company.

A great location, but the unit is pretty outdated: no drain cover in master bath and the opening looked gross) , kitchen cabinet door hinge off; drab, uncomfortable and dirty living room furniture; no bedside lamp in master bedroom and the one that apparently had been there was in the closet, busted… (we notified Vacasa the night of arrival and they assured us it would be replaced during our stay but it wasn’t.)
