App continually crashes
The app continually crashes and goes to page to report issues but doesn’t do anything very frustrating. Continually having to delete and reinstall app
Great until the app stops working
I love my hoover, I loved the app but for the past few weeks I’ve been unable to login to the app. Keeps timing out. Changed WiFi, reinstalled app, tried another device but it does not want to comply

It’s the best thing I’ve spent money of for years. I don’t worry about vacuuming just leave it to Raymond (that’s the name he’s been given) he’s reliable and very efficient.

Great little mop/hoover
I bought this as one of our rooms is on a lower floor and our other larger robot is on the main floor.
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this actually is in keeping our room clean and fresh.
Also I can lift it to use elsewhere if needed as it stores several maps. Highly recommend

Only problem the mopping stop working after using it 2xs leaked bad and no water being dispensed called about warranty got no answer phone or emails not happy about the no response

Initially Fine, now not great
When we first got this it was great! Now every time we use it we have to rescan the map as it’s forgotten it!

I’d give it 5 if it didn’t loose the map every month. Other than that, a smart robot

Email verification issues
Cannot do the email verification in the app. I’ve tried multiple times, but I never receive the code. Will update the review if I can ever get it to work.

Initiative and easy to use
Could be amazing but
I can’t fault the actually robot I love it ! However the app is unstable when it works it’s great however it crashes and you can’t use it to control the robot which is vital. I’ve also have an issues with pairing the device with Alexa even with doing everything asked of me eg making sure both robot and Alexa are on 2.4ghz. Please update your app to avoid it crashing. It would have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review if it worked as it should
