Ridiculous
Why can’t I just lock a lost card from the regular app!?!?Having to talk to two different reps and being on hold for several minutes now because the “system is down” is crazy!

Can no longer use
Since the last update I can no longer use the app. Every time I try to open it I get a white screen and that’s it. Totally useless. I’m definitely deleting this and will not be even thinking about returning.

Too many doors and windows to open in order to use this app should just be on the Virginia credit union mobile app. Keep it simple’
Horrible
Cannot emphasize enough how much of a complete failure this app is. Anytime I want to log in I have to reset my account. It’s pointless and just leaves room for more security/data breaches. Making this its own app instead of keeping it in the VACU app is possibly the dumbest idea. Ngl whoever thought to do that should be fired.

Please fix the app ASAP. Long overdue and i never had a problem with this company but tighten up mane this app is trash and useless. I cant log in and called about it before and nothing was done. Look at all the reviews who agree. Please FIX or RID of it!!!!

Lock/Unlock
This app is trash and customer service is as well! My card is currently locked and the app is down called customer service and they have no solution other than they have a ticket in for it to be fixed which means I have no access to my money until whenever! Why have 2 apps anyway? Even chime can unlock and lock their cards in one app it’s giving very low budget!!!

Unnecessary and unusable
The old app used to serve multiple functions and worked much better than this. It’s frustrating having to use two apps. I have to have two logins now. Why did they need to complicate it? Why fix something that isn’t broken? They’ve made things less user friendly for their customers. This app is also absolute garbage. Constant freezing, telling you your card is unlocked even when it is locked, errors, the list goes on. It’s terrible. I hope they will go back to just having one app again. This has been a colossal failure of an experiment. I’m disappointed.

The most stupid app to make
I spent over 3 hours trying to unlock my card but everytime I try to do something the app is not working and it’s just outrageous bring back the old app where we can do it from out Virginia credit union app cause this is ridiculous
Unnecessary and Broken
Absolutely zero reason for VACU to separate the card services from the old app. It used to work perfectly fine.
Now you need two separate apps the new ones are so much worse than the old app.
