One of The Worst Apps I’ve Ever Used
This app is almost impossible to use.
After spending $100+ on a camera to birdwatch, they then ask you to pay a MONTHLY PREMIUM for AI slop and the ability to have any storage for videos without having to daily remove them.
I’m sure many others would also find to discover this if they could even open the app in the first place.
The laggy, slow, almost impossible to navigate app has no sort of clear way to get help either besides an AI chatbot, so good luck trying to change this!
You are able to share your “nest” with others, but they can’t do anything besides watch the videos. Once your storage is filled (it takes about 1 morning depending on your area and the bird amount), they are unable to remove videos except for me, which makes it hard as someone who infrequently checks the app.
This app is a miserable experience to avoid if you can help it.

Wanted to Love
This app along with the device software/hardware are poorly done. Connectivity is spotty at best. There are additional charges for storage as well as the AI identify option, but the birds are not even correctly identified. Buffers constantly or won’t load live videos at all. Very poorly done.
Fatal bug. Please fix!
When you delete a single photo or video the screen goes black and the app never recovers. This has happened to me at least three times. The only way to recover is to delete the app and re-establish yourself as a user. Very frustrating.

Very chill good and running just good overall
Doesn’t work
Frequently stops recording & taking pictures, though everything seems connected. When it does work, the quality of photos and videos are great. The AI identification is often inaccurate. Just wish I could use it. It’s been down for a week now.
