Errors on Login
Can’t log in—constant errors when it tries using Safari to authenticate. Not usable.
App sucks
The app still says error every time I try to log in. I read this is a problem. My cellular is fine so I don’t know why this keeps happening.
Awful application!
I have to reinstall it at least once a month, because it stops working, gives errrors, does not release bycicles properly. It's a disaster. Once it works - it works, but then something happens again.

Es buena, pero como usuaria frecuente, a menudo tengo problemas con la conexión de la aplicación a mi cuenta, o con bicicletas que no se registran cuando regresan a su estación, etc. Sería bueno que estos problemas no ocurrieran tan a menudo.
Difícil de coger
Me ha costado muchísimo cogerla, me parece que sería mejor indicaciones más precisas y claras
Wobbly bike
My bike was very wobbly and the gears kept slipping. It needs a tune up
Do not use- SLOWER than walking
I never leave reviews on here but I’m going out of my way to say that these bikes are the worse I’ve ever ridden in my life. The app wasn’t difficult to use but these bikes are slower and harder than walking, me and my family each bought a day pass and only used an hour or so. Terribly designed bikes feels like you’re cycling through mud

Horrible service
I am very unhappy with this bike service. First of all most of the bikes are broken and they never replenish bikes in areas where people use them more often than others. There’s no way to talk to anybody or make a complaint about any issues. I often have to, take the app off my phone and reinstall it because it doesn’t work. It’s made me late for many many days of school or appointments. I’ve used many Bike services throughout the world and this one is one of the worst.

Does not work
Tried to sign up and just kept getting an OOPS error after trying to add a short term subscription plan.
Terrible buggy app
Undefined errors preventing me from actually using the service after adding my payment details. Just a terrible UX in this day and age.
Doesn’t work
It says ooops an error occurred when I try to buy a subscription. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn’t work. I also get the same error when clicking “app support”
Let down by the bikes
Great service but these are the worst city bikes I have used. The frame must be 50kg in weight, solid steel. You get 3 gears, you’ll only use 1 and 2 unless you’re doing some downhill racing. But both gears 1 and 2 are rubbish. Also you get fined if you exceed 30 minutes ride. You can’t ride far in 30 minutes because riding these is so unpleasant. Even city bikes in Mexico have electric assistance. Come on Valencia!

Weak app
Doesn’t work when you want to reset the pin. Doesn’t work with new accounts either. Totally useless.

Overcharged
When i was done riding and returned my bike, the thing beeped but the timer in the app didn’t stop for another 225 minutes after my 15 minute ride. I was charged an additional €10, ridiculous. Don’t use this service.
Rounding minutes up
Only giving a one star as rounding up to the next minute is stealing.
WARNING: cannot delete your cc info
I was in Valencia for business 13-19 April 2024. Signed up for one week pass for €14. Had to submit a CC# in the app to pay. The app was easy. I actually enjoyed using the bikes all week. HOWEVER…. I had one ride that went over 30min allowed time and ended up with an extra charge of €4,16 which is not a big issue. I am TRYING to pay them. I have contacted their customer service numerous times asking them to please charge my card the final €4,16 owed so I can remove my card from their database and delete my account. More than a week has passed and they will not help and now my CC info is in their app and I have no control of the account. Absolutely absurd how how incompetent their people are to not be able to resolve such a simple and mundane task. So… beware that your CC can be at risk by using this app & service due to their incompetence at settling final invoices and allowing you to close the account.

App doesn’t work
A waste of time, payment methods not working, very poorly designed app.
Scam DO NOT USE
This company is a scam. Both my husband and I used the bikes for less than an hour. Parked them correctly on a station near the science museum and they emailed me the next day saying I didn’t. However once I called and explained the call centre lady was able to find the bike PARKED AND LOCKED. Valenbisi is still charging me £100 euros for a bike I paid for and returned in less than an hour. If you look up reviews you can find others who were scammed but the company and charged people wrongfully. If you need a bike in Valencia I suggest you hire literally any other service. Valenbisi is a scam! Also, their bikes are horrible to ride and the app is not user friendly.
