Please disregard the 1-star ratings from illiterate morons.
Apparently this is an issue on many of the games made available by Crunchyroll. Any amount of reading comprehension at all would allow you to conclude that you need a Crunchyroll membership to access all their games. It’s staggering how many people didn’t understand that to begin with and got angry that the game they downloaded wasn’t free for them.
I personally think the membership is a great deal. But I’m also not one to throw a temper tantrum over 12 dollars a month for access to a pretty solid library.
As far as the game goes, it’s a classic. Very much beloved and held in high regard by many for good reason. Incredible atmosphere, unique presentation, weird as hell at times, it’s got it all. There’s nothing else like it.

Not worth the price.
I’ve did upgrade to premium just to try your games. Your games are garbage. Not worth it.
Backbone support and Crunchyroll subscription
Can you add backbone game controller support be very difficult for some parts of the game. And why do I need a Crunchyroll subscription to pay this game? I have the original version downloaded on my phone and that didn’t call me to have a subscription.
Can no longer play
I purchased this for $17.99 as a standalone game in 2023. Since Crunchyroll now has the rights to it I am no longer able to access it without purchasing a premium Crunchyroll account. I was not informed of the change nor was I refunded the money I spent on this game. It is unfair to users who previously purchased this to no longer be able to access it.
