I really like Valley Bank so much. It is so easy to do my banking and manage my account and what I love about them is that they are super friendly and they go above and beyond to protect my money.

10/10 I love the bank it’s self! And the apps been great, and being able to reach out through the app has been great. And I’ve had to turn my card off in the app and it’s so easy!!!
Useless now
App is worthless now. Website also does not work. No longer able to see account balance or transactions. Even with everything (phone and app) updated. 🤷🏼♀️ I will change my rating if they ever get things working again.

Misread amount
This app sent several messages saying the amount entered did not match the check when in fact it did every time. It eventually accepted it as matching.

Artem was a huge plus. Not only for new accounts, but he’s a notary. Perfect manners, information and a great addition to our Bank.
He even gave me a gift since I’ve been a customer for so long and hopefully the buyer will be joining.

Idk why everybody likes it so much
I have more problems seeing how much money I have in my account with this app than I even did the glacier bank app “oops something went wrong on our end” ok then freaking fix it I truly don’t understand why you guys like this app better I would much rather use the glacier one

Transferred a couple grand from business account to business savings didn’t look to see if it came out of the account checked my savings it was in there a month later came out of my personal savings account and they said it was my fault… same day charged me $100 for a charge back with no explanation… if you don’t do many transactions the might be ok but if you do a lot DO NOT GO WITH THIS JOKE OF A BANK!!
