Hard to use
There is a constant reminder for a new message. Guess what, when I go in to check it, you guest it there’s no message. I’ve deleted reinstalled the app 3 times and this glitch still happens. I did a mobile deposit and had to take the pictures 6 times. My last CU was a large one and I never had any issues with their app.

Love this app!
I get immediate notification each time I make a debit purchase. It gives me a sense of security over potential fraudulent purchases.
Just bad
The app is so slow and never works well. Cannot see credit card transactions on app. Takes forever for balances to be updated.
Always Trouble for my accounts to load
Used to work good, now logging in and spinning for 10 Minutes then logs in and after 5 more minutes reloads my account information and never comes up!
Glitchy app
Every time I click on a notification for this app it kicks me right out, it’s annoying and upsetting.
Can’t unlock my cards
The site will not allow me to unlock my card. Blank screen
Could use some upgrades
I opened my 4 children each a savings account. They do not feed into my online banking, making it difficult to do regular deposits into the accounts. I work during bank hrs so the accounts are not being used efficiently
Tap Feature
Everything works good banking app good would be great if they had the tap feature on the debit card. Other than that perfectly good bank and banking app. Would recommend
Unable to use app all day
Unable to access my data all day! Says App error. Seems if your going to do something it shouldn’t be during business hours. Considering closing my account!

The app work great!
Mobile deposit.
I always have trouble with mobile depositing checks. The problem is the system will not read the check correctly. I end up having to take multiple pictures of the front and the back of the check. Even though the picture shows all the information, front and back, it will not accept it. I have tried multiple different places and lighting differences, to no avail. I hope this gets fixed.

Unusable
Constant application errors, can’t access my account. Tried deleting and reloading app, if anything it made it worse. If I can’t use this app for online banking I may need to find a new bank

Better than expected
This app is much more efficient than I had expected it to be. It is very user friendly and typically works without issue. I will say that I only gave four stars instead of five for depositing issues. Unlike many other banking apps the ease of depositing is not easy at all. It takes multiple attempts for a check to be captured and then uploaded or to allow the picture to be used at all. It is a bit frustrating and for that reason I use other banks to deposit my checks through mobile upload instead of this one (being my main bank). However for being the little guy this app works well and has a nice layout and theme to it.

Not Happy
It is very unprofessional, for a bank that services highly active businesses to have their mobile and online banking paralyzed for most of the business day. It didn’t happen to my business, but any overdrafts or adverse business transactions that were caused by this “ glitch” should be excused or forgiven...It would be the right thing to do.
