I love this institution! I particularly love the branch in Hillsdale... the ladies and gentlemen that work out of this office are the nicest... most polite...accommodating agents.

App sucks! Doesn’t work!!!
No way this app has actually been rated 4.8 by people that actually use it! I added money somehow when I opened the account and it’s been trapped there ever since! I added my primary bank account for transfers but it says need to verify. Click the link to open my banking app, sign in and click verify but this app won’t register it to initiate transfers. So after idk a year or two of the money being in there I finally used my other email address to set up Zelle to send the money out. 👎🏻 money will be sent out in 5 days!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 all I can say is just don’t do it

Valley is the lowest bank on the totem pole!!!
Not just the mobile app, but Valley Bank in general is the worst bank out of all the ones to choose from in the area!!!

There was literally no reason to change the name. Other than, I assume, someone with a big salary needed to justify it. And even less reason to change the app. Rearranging apps is frustrating. We want consistency. Please stop.

Although the app is fantastic and easy to navigate. The processing of checks, balances are delayed compared to other banks where transactions happen immediately
