Garbage app looks like it was made in 2004
Absolutely horrible account. Does not save your banking information. The whole bank itself I wish I never opened with. If Ford says that you got approved from Valley Bank go to somebody else even if it APR. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on calling for help. Can’t understand a word they’re saying. I don’t care if you’re in India, Bangladesh or Pakistan. But every single time they talk they need to repeat. Can’t wait to refinance and never have to try to again

Just get SOFI
Nothing works, bank transfer pulled from the wrong account then did not save the bank info and requested I “verify” for the same bank. The APY is to be 4.10 and it’s only 3.92 , SoFi is 3.80 and WAY LESS issues.
Bad Valley Bank
I had a problem with valley bank and they won’t be real with me. Eric just lied to my face and acts everything is ok. No wander the banks is small with small customers. They will close the account for no reasons or explanation, also they refuse to give you a cash with available balance on your account, but issue you a check that no bank want to accept.

App sucks! Doesn’t work!!!
No way this app has actually been rated 4.8 by people that actually use it! I added money somehow when I opened the account and it’s been trapped there ever since! I added my primary bank account for transfers but it says need to verify. Click the link to open my banking app, sign in and click verify but this app won’t register it to initiate transfers. So after idk a year or two of the money being in there I finally used my other email address to set up Zelle to send the money out. 👎🏻 money will be sent out in 5 days!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 all I can say is just don’t do it
