Awful experience
Poor customer service. Auto-generated email reply. My debit card had been linked to my account for months. The last time I used it the app said that my bank account was deactivated by them, not by me. I reactivated it and was trying to link the only debit card associated with my bank account. The app says now that it can’t be verified. I contacted support about 6 times but kept getting auto generated emails. The same ones over and over again. Poor customer service!!

All these 5 stars saying quick are lying. It’s quick if you’re comparing it to mailing money or maybe a bank wire. It’s not quick like any other app that advertises fast transfers meaning it will not be instant yet they still charge a comparable fee.

The app seemed easy to access. When u get to the fine print for bigger money they want a ach withdrawal every two weeks until u decide to cancel lol. U go with the small money it can take two days to deposit for the free membership.. why not just an instant transfer fee lol .. 20 bucks 2 days later. If your in a rush this app ain’t lol
