I got one cash advance then the app says my card is invalid which it is not, so I’m not able to get any more advances. I don’t understand why.

Instant is crazy
I like the fast cash advance but $25 for express advance is a bit insane that’s not even including the membership fee every month. Cmon now do a little better. Other apps charge no more $4 for express cash advance.

Never received advance, was charged $40 for express fee on top of it. Non-existent customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

This company claims to give a cash advance and then does not send the money but claims I owe them when their transaction states “failed”. Don’t bother reaching their customer support you will get automated replies.

It will not let me link my debit card and I’ve been reaching out to customer support with no response.
Too long for not much
Cash advances are usually needed right away. So why would I accepted my cash advance for a total of $15 which is usually the price of an immediate advance they tell me that I can’t have access to it until tomorrow and even that’s not guaranteed. No thanks. fix it.

I was approved for $130 and chose the instant option and the money didn't show up in my bank account!!! on the app it says transaction failed and now I have a balance of $165!?

Saw a lot of bad reviews so I was hesitant …it’s been good so far …I haven’t tried the instant deposit yet since the fees are pretty high …the free deposit of the advance took about about 2 days … I was 1st approved for $20 then $50 …. :)
SCAM APP
They charged me $7.99 biweekly membership just so I can request a $20 advance. Then they try to charge me a total of $27.99 even though the app clearly says transaction failed, and it was not on the side of my bank and i never recorded my money. To make matters worse, there is no real customer support. Every Support option loops you into an automatic Zendesk response system that never answered your question nor does it connect to a real representative. I had to call my bank future transactions as they continually try to charge me $30 for money I never received. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

You never get your money and they try to charge you for the advance, a membership fee, and it costs $15 to get it “instantly” but it never comes thru. Total scam. It says it’s based in Wyoming in the middle of a busy street. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
