Deleted Account with No Warning
Permanently deactivated my account with no warning or reason why and now will not answer me to explain. Cool.
Terrible
The customer service is horrible. No response after multiple emails. It said I was approved and then never sent me the money, literally says transaction failed yet it still has a balance and no answers after multiple attempts.

If you live in California you can’t use it.

UPDATE: Was 5 starts moved it down to 4. Why? After using the app more frequently I’ve discovered a couple things…I still love the app, and nothing from my previous review changed, however I do have to add that if you want to get your payment the same day, they charge you an extra $29, which is way higher than other apps I’ve tried. Also, when you pay back your loan it takes FOREVER to clear, so you can’t get another loan for 10 days, AFTER you repay your balance, which is also way longer than other apps and very annoying, especially if your living check to check and pay back your advance on time your out of money for 10 days, literally it’s been 10 days, and I was just able to get a loan today. That’s the bad. The good is, I like many others, have terrible credit and they still approved me very quickly, they always give me an advance when I’m in a tight spot and you can chose your paydays and pay it back when you get paid, great app!! I have been trying to reach out since September 2nd because I made my payment. I have not received any phone call or email back.
