Awful please improve
This app is slow, not responsive, and difficult to use. In particular 1) swapping between two properties doesn’t actually swap the view of your account on that property. It shows the details of the strata for the previous property which is not helpful. 2) it could be a very useful app however when looking at any document there is a noticeable weight while it download. Perhaps instead of downloading the whole thing you could paginate it. 3) I will say it has improved which is why I have given it two stars rather than one.

Frustrating
I clicked on the app to access a document. I received a message that my App was a “bit outdated”
and I should renew it. When I tried to do this it sent me into an endless loop of notifications and no ability to even open the out of date app. So amateurish!

Cannot access
I was asked to update the app within the app page, when I click update, the Apps store did not offer update version for download. this is now in a vicious circle
Waste of time
Nothing this app does is of any use. It is better to communicate directly by email. Not that Vantage pays any attention to that either.
A poor excuse for an app
App is very buggy, can’t change orientation and every update (of which there are many, but what a pity they don’t improve it) requires users to reauthenticate.
Time to change developers.

Issues not fixed
This app is less convenient than using the website owing to the frequent logging out of the app, and the inability to use a password manager on the username screen. This is the same issue a review from September 2025 raised. Can only tell strata committee folks that if Vantage is as good as its app, then it’s not very good at all.

Functional, but needs quality of life improvements
It works basically well enough. Fair number of quality of life suggestions to improve on:
- In the login form, the email/username field needs to be tagged as a username field so that password managers will fill it in when autofilling the password.
- I’d suggest supporting staying logged in by supporting “FaceID/TouchID” login, to make it easier to return to the app.
- Most text fields should support auto-capitalisation, just so messages sent via the app don’t look too rushed or unprofessional. That should just be a checkbox to tick in Xcode.
- More consistency for when swiping from the left edge of the screen will take you back to the previous page, this works in some places but not others, despite the UI looking the same in each location.
A bit of polish can go a long way to taking an app from one people use cause that’s what they have to, and making it an app people use because it if a smooth and effective tool 👍
