Very Confusing
Rented in Las Vegas. Pick up was excellent! However trying to find a white zone to drop off is very confusing. My husband called and they told him it was supposed to be dropped off in s a purple zone! The car was at 33% when it picked us up, it started giving warnings at 30% that battery was low. The Vay app doesn’t give directions to drop off locations. By the time I was in a white zone the vehicle was at 19%. The app finally let me park and return the vehicle.

This was a wonderful day experience. I was able to make 2 stops and get right back home. Stopover process was seamless!!!
Doesn’t work
Used Hide My Email with iCloud and never received MFA code. There needs to be an alternate way to set up the account without divulging personal information that will inevitably be put up for sale.
drivers license verification
I uploaded my drivers license and now the app is stuck asking me to upload it again and it won’t let me select the skip for now option either so now I can’t even use the app at all.
