Interested but the app doesn’t work

I downloaded the app and keep trying to enter my phone number to sign up and I enter my number but there is no button to continue to verify your phone number in order to create a profile? The only button visible is skip for now which means that I was not able to sign up to create a profile to get the bay car I’ve been trying for a week I live in Las Vegas and I would like to use it but I’m stuck.??
