I have ordered many items from this site and generally had good experiences, but this purchase was an exception. The rose water was advertised as suitable for direct application on the face and described as soothing. However, upon applying, it caused a burning sensation on my skin instead of providing the expected calming effect.
The smell was also unusual—more like spirit or alcohol than natural rose water. Out of concern, I tested a small amount, and to my surprise, it caught fire when exposed to a matchstick. This raises serious safety and authenticity concerns about the product.
I immediately lodged a complaint through WhatsApp and was assured that a resolution would be provided within 3–4 business days. Unfortunately, it has been 3 business days, and there’s still no update or clear timeline for resolution. The experience has been highly disappointing, both in product quality and customer service response.
